Docking Modules not working

Does anyone know why DMs are not working to dock on?
I tried 2 DMs on my Bismarck and Tirpitz, each separately and noticed it first when a friend tried docking on one of them. Took it to conn, did everything possible, demounting mounting etc. restart and whatnot, nothing. After that I have called someone else as i was thinking it was due to my friend's end, but it ain't. Have no idea why it won't let them dock, as I tried with the other one the same as I did with my friend: restarting, demounting, remounting, anything yet nothing. A bit of help pls? Would appreciate it

You did type /allowdock?

You and your friend needs to be at 200m to eachother, basically hug the cap, then you have to target him and type /allowdock

Yes he was in range
And there was nothing to /allowdock
The ships were in range, but they couldnt dock because they would get the message of Dock Denied. I hopped on a snub too, happened to me too.
Any ideas?...
