Just checking via the Navmap and patch notes, the connection still linking Tau-29 to Baffin showing up; I may be new but I need the updated data so I can study the systems

Could you try pressing Ctrl + F5 while having the map open? Sounds like your browser is still loading the map data for the previous version from cache. The Tau-29 <-> Baffin connection is not showing up for me, at least. You should be good to go as long as the date listed at the top of the page with the universe map open says 25.07.

No, you only need to use Ctrl + F5 if the map doesn't work as expected after I've posted about an update here. I'd strongly recommend against using it normally, as there's quite a lot of data that would need to be unnecessarily redownloaded if you use it when the map hasn't been updated by me yet.
