Invaluable efforts of Claire De Grasse have greatly helped us in unveiling yet another Sirius entity that have fell under the disastrous Bretonian influence: The Universal Shipping.
Not only they have supported our enemies in repairing what was unrightfully taken from the Guild - they had the nerve to approach us and openly announce they are going to keep their current course instead of trying to mend the situation.

Thus, they leave us no choice - but to give them another chance to understand their mistakes and make amendements.

Any vessel bearing the [*USI*] transponder are to be considered a target of opportunity, any and each of their security assets destruction is permitted and encouraged - should they have the nerves to enter Tau or Omega region and lay their hands on what is ours by right.

Guildsmen.

Evidently, our reasonable stance towards the Universal Shipping was not enough to bring them back to their senses - but more than enough to attract third parties' attention to the case, and those are outright acting in the protection of our most recent adversaries - like condemning the Guild in public is really a way to mend the situation and not to cause unnecessary threats from our former allies, that apparently fell under the harmful influence of the magnates sitting on their ill-gotten credits. I believe, however, that this is well within the competence of Guildmaster Yao to take care of this minor nuance.

The USI expropriation is still in effect, and, as a token of encouragament - we welcome our newest adversaries to our bounty board. Their grace period is over. Every single last of their vessels enterning Omegas is to be turned into dust, their cargo is to be extorted and employed to strengthen the influence of the Guild in the region.

Hunt them to your heart's content, and may this bring them back to their senses.
