Reputation glitch?

I can't seem to increase my reputation with Liberty companies, i.e Ageira, DSE, Universal etc., I keep killing Rogues and Xenos, shouldn't this increase my standing with them?
Any help would be appreciated, it's annoying that I can't trust going near bases because, even though the Navy and Police are neutral, as soon as one of the companies is there, everything goes red.

Never mind, the problem seems to have fixed itself.

IDs have rephacks, which means some of them won't go above certain limit.
