Yes, this will be beneficial for everybody. Most of those people never posed real threat to Coalition, and can be returned while conducting some safety protocols.

First at all, information about Rostok being "safe haven" for them shouldn't went by official channels. Try use Alferova's brother for the start.

In second, every new person should be interviewed, while copy of interview sent here. If person will pose potential threat or pocess important data for the Coalition, our agent will come at Rostok to deal with it.

In interview you or your officer should in free form ask next questions:

Why they left Coalition
What force them renew connections with Coalition
Would they like return at all

Preferable, if those would being asked in free manner, without pressure. Returning people shouldn't be concerned about our interest to them.
