There are following Access Levels defined:
1 - Trusted benefactors / Registered subcontractors
2 - XA's Allies
3 - Xenos
4 - Xeno Alliance Serpentis/Arachnia Wing
S - Special provision by appeal to Commander's office. (Contender pre-registered)
5 - Xeno Alliance Phantom Wing

You can only take jobs that has the same or lower access level than you.
You can only see the information of the same or lower access level than you.
You cannot see the reports of other contractors.
