We are capable of starting first phase of the construction project, which is establishing temporary construction site in order to start delivery of Docking Ring Components. We can arrange to have public order of deliveries so that all corporations and independent shippers are notified on this and would be included in this first phase.

Delays happen, its part and partial of any corporation, i remember from my times as CEO of OSI.
Now i will admit, that the delay in responses did lead me to contacting your competitor over in Gallia, the EFL, who not only are willing to do the job, but there's a chance they can do it for free as part of some, War Compensation scheme. However they are yet to get back to me on whether its been accepted or not. At this point i feel id rather just get the bloody ring started then trying to get the best deal. That being said of course unless your company are willing to do it for free, some sort of Fee will need to be negotiated as well.
If your able to make a start i would be more then happy to sign it off, assign ships to protect yours and the route taken, i do need the details for the route by the way, and get this ring started.
But there is ONE stipulation i will impose when you announce this to the public.Under no circumstances are any Bretonian companies to be involved in this construction..
As I'm sure you can understand the people of Pygar do not have the best, opinion shall we say of Bretonia. We want nothing to do with them, so contact whichever groups you need for transport, just no Bretonian one's.

We understand your sentiment towards Bretonia corporations and will do everything in our power to dissuade from this contract. As for the fee, we cannot waive it and I am not sure what stunt EFL is trying to pull offering discounts or even free products. Perhaps they will use it to spy on your corner of space or will be collecting huge maintenance cost. Our products are proven, reliable and safe to use. Perhaps not as cheap as EFL's production which they try to take a stand with at this market, but we have longer history with proven record of excellence and I would assume your people's security is more important than some bogus claim of free construction. If this is acceptable, please respond with confirmation so Ageira Innovations may set up a construction site near your planet and follow through with almost open contract for deliveries.
