I wouldn't permit quasi lawfuls. You'll just get BHG shooting Junkers on sight and then docking at their bases en masse.

There's also a bunch of quasilawfuls BHG would have no logical reason to attack without a specific bounty, like Zoners, house intelligence factions, and freelancers.

hi its me again
unlawfuls is enough for the reasons lyth suggested

this change alone would potentially allow for BHG raids on gamma and alpha again
can you imagine this

a gamma/alpha raid that isnt a boring event in 2019

wow

I agree with Pillow. Consider changing more often with the intention to "test" and see how the community and the gameplay reacts to it. We can always revert things.

reverting things was an option since the dawn of time and i cant remember a single time when it was done in time for the damage to be minimal

thing is

this change would do precisely 0 damage and would be an overall good change
why is it not in

I agree that giving the BHG ID's the ability to engage unlawfuls freely is a good choice. Might give people more of a incentive to actually pick it over the Freelancer ID

This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

As someone who tends to exclusively play unlawfuls these days, with a few rare exceptions. - I also support this.

When contending with a monster, you'd be wise to give the devil his due.
