Direktor Zorn opens the doors to the hall that will be used for the inquiry. Inside there is cleaners doing the last touch ups, as well as other staff putting up the commissions table with subtle decorations.

He makes his way to the front and places his file on the table. He takes a seat and looks on waiting for the rest to arrive and for the staff to finish. One of the staff members approaches his table, Where can I put these cameras sir?

Direktor Zorn looks around, place one on the right facing the panel so everyone will be in shot, and the other one behind me a few feet up looking down on the attending. While you busy, make sure this is on a closed circuit and only accessible to myself and the Bundestag. This is not a public broadcast.

Yes sir, I understand. Once its set up, you can input the command to make it so he walks off to set them up.

I hope everyone turns out. Volker said he may be a bit late, but im expecting a full turn out. I have made it easy enough for everyone to give their views and sides to the story. If anyone doesn’t attend, it can only mean they are hiding something or deeply embarrassed of how the situation got out of hand. Everyone better be on their best behaviour today.

Direktor Zorn gets up and walks around the hall. He notices the staff finishing off and leaving. He closes the doors behind them and starts looking under the tables that was set up to ensure there aren’t any bugs.

"Direktor Zorn, the Admiral has arrived!" said one of the managers after completely frisking Admiral Hetzer's uniform. "You're free to go, Admiral" "Thank you very much." Admiral Hetzer said. After being accompanied towards the hall in wich the inquiry will happen, Admiral Hetzer shakes the Hand of Direktor Zorn. "Guten Tag Direktor Zorn, welch schöner Tag, finden sie nicht?"

The men heared a man talking with a rough, deep voice from the shadow in the edge of the room. In der Tat Herr Admiral. Willkommen. It has been, in der Tat too long since we last met. The voice belonged to the former Direktor of the Büro, to Volker Koch. The Kurfürst stood up and walked towards the Polizeidirektor and the Rheinwehr Admiral. I hope I am not too late, meine Herren.

The doors to the hall swung open to allow to men to enter. Resplendent in full dress uniform, Admiral von Ehrenberg entered the room alongside a tall, thin man clad in a simple but clearly expensive grey suit. They were followed by a small group of daumann lawyers. The civilian seemed to be mid sentence as they entered the room, pausing as all eyes turned to them. The admiral half turned to the man, his tone curt but friendly. "Herr Mannlicher, we will address that matter when the time comes. For now..." He trailed off, gesturing for the Daumann executive to enter before him. The admiral, meanwhile, quietly moved along the side of the room, making for the military delegation. Snapping his superior's a salute, he took up his seat in the second row. Mannlicher headed for his seat at the table laid out for them, giving a respectful nod to Direktor Zorn as he did so. Seating himself, with his lawyers taking up seats around him, he calmly reached into his briefcase, producing a number of folders, before turning his attention to the high chair: "We are ready to begin whenever you are ready, Herr Zorn."

Shortly after the arrival of the Daumann staff, the door to the halls private antechamber opened with a soft click and an older man entered the room. As the door swung shut behind him, the announcer's voice rang out: "The honorable Senator Albricht von Amensen, Bundestag Abgeordnerter." The old man waved off the formality, but did not silence it. His advanced age was clearly visible in his uneven, slow, step, but there was a certain vigour about him nonetheless. His features were worn, but the wrinkles around his eyes and mouth, even at rest, seemed to hint at a smile. Wearing a simple black suit, and clasping a large binder in his hands, he made his way toward the dais. Stopping by the pulpit, he whispered some instruction to the attendant, before taking his seat at the high table. "My apologies for the delay Direktor Zorn, those files you asked for took a little while to obtain. We may begin, if everyone has arrived? Who are we missing?"

A man opens the door, as the crowd around the table turns around to see who just moved in.

"Guten Tag meine Herren, i hope i'm not late. For those of you who aren't familiar with who i am yet, mein Name ist Reinhold Kreuzer, Vizeadmiral."

"I am so sorry for ze delay meine Herren!" A visibly distressed, and somewhat dishevelled man entered the room in an ill-fitting suit. The faithful attendant boomed out the introduction: "Herr Uwe Richter and the Republican Shipping Delegation!" The ex-transport captain looked around the room, his eyes darting around the assembled excellencies with visible discomfort. He could not have felt more out of place if he tried, and in that moment desperately wished for the easier days of being a simple transport captain. "Erm... Ach, ja." Spying his seat, he made for the table as quickly as he could, the feeling of all eyes on him burning an uncomfortable hole in the back of his skull. As he went he nearly dropped his briefcase several times, but eventually made it to his designated place without incident. As the much calmer delegation of lawyers settled around him, he looked up at the podium: "Ich bitte um verzeihen for my delay your honours. I'm afraid Herr Mayer is indisposed due to poor health, he has provided me with all the appropriate information and authority to answer the questions you will have."

Direktor Zorn greets Admiral Hetzer with a firm handshake. It is good that you could make it, but as you can see, you are the first to arrive. So please, if you wish to get something to eat or drink, non-alcoholic of course, please do so.

As Herr Koch approaches Direktor Zorn and Admiral Hetzer, he motions him to join them. I am glad that you have arrived. I was afraid that I would have to do this inquiry on my own. Please take this time to sort yourself out as this may be a long day ahead, depending on the rest of the people attending.

Shortly after, the rest of the people who were requested to attend started showing up.

Direktor Zorn walked to his place in front of everyone as they walked in. As Herr Uwe Richter made his way to the front, he motioned to the men at the door to close the doors.

Guten tag everyone, and danke for making the effort to be here today. I see everyone that has been accused or have allegations set against them is present with the exception of the Head of ALG, Head of Kruger, and Direktor Enfield, the person who made these allegations against you.

Maybe they are running a bit late, I am not sure. Nevertheless, we will start without them and hope they arrive shortly.

Direktor Zorn lets Herr Koch and Senator von Amensen take their seats before he takes his seat. He looks around at the people in front of him and people sitting with him. It is good to see all of us sitting here today, one would say, the most powerful group of people sitting together in all of Rheinland, if not Sirius. It is a shame that it is for an inquiry. I would like to say again, danke for being here today. Please note that the inquiry will be recorded for Bundestag records, and if they so wish, to be broadcasted at a later stage.

Before we begin, please know that this is not a trial, it is an inquiry. You are not under oath, as well as the evidence you bring before this committee, will be taken into consideration if this matter goes to trial. Then it will be determined if the evidence is legal as well as and supporting statements to make it binding. This does not mean that you can lie to the committee or bring false evidence to delay the inquiry. As you may not be under oath, but lying to the Bundestag, representatives of the Bundestag and a Polizei official is a criminal offence on its own. Please remember that.

See that Direktor Enfield is not here to start us off, to hear his side and his allegations; I will begin with the questions that I sent out to you all.

Admiral Hetzer and Vizeadmiral Kreuzer, Direktor Enfield stresses that the Rheinwehr has an Imperial agenda. Seeing that Direktor Enfield is not present, I cannot get from him what he exactly meant by this. Therefore, I will lay out the possibilities of what he could have meant in question form.

Does the Rheinwehr as a whole conduct its mandate to fulfil imperial objectives?
Are you aware of any Imperial support within the Rheinwehr?
Being a supporter of the Imperial party disallow you from joining the Rheinwehr?
Does Enfield mean that the Rheinwehr Senior official’s political allegiance are to the Imperial Party?
Lastly Senator von Amensen, is it a crime to be part of an imperial political party rather, than that of a republican party? By this, I am referring to citizens of Rheinland and members of Law enforcement agencies that protect and represent Rheinland.
