Tortuga is an Outcast base, yet we're sieging MR base in Tau-44 and MR is nowhere to be seen defending it. A certain CR player voiced his own concern about the Outcast base in CR space yet You (as CR) posted an attack declaration thread while claiming that you're "trying to prevent a.. 'single-man circlejerk'."

When will you stop using CR to do your bidding and actually log MR? Perhaps it's really time to consider using a different ID as you were also FR5'ed.

I'd not say my "publication" is "unfounded" as the facts are easily searchable on forum. And those links are actually clickable.

Tau-44 is also where MR built it's bases, yet you logged only once when we were heavily outnumbered by the CR on Santa Elena.

OC may not be welcome in CR space, but this space is also your Home. Which you're not defending.

Have you ever considered no one cares to interact with you nor your trash ways of handling pvp in the form of: drop caps on snubs, cant win without 10 ships outnukbering the enemy. No ones obligated to give you anything or appease you.

I mean the answer is because Spectre can rally more people under CR than MR flag to defend MR base. Base that he put while RPing while with himself as both CR and MR. Why do people keep wondering, that's the way this faction is put in it's place and there's no way it's goind to change. Not that there are or were any attempts to make it less of one man jerking in the room.

I understand why people are throwing massive hissy fits over this, but to put the argument down like a rabid dog, I'm going to very adamantly say this:
The declaration on Tortuga was made with absolutely zero thought of the *MR|.

The Outcasts have twice now sieged a PoB within Tau-44, which is core Crayter space in the eyes of the =CR= mind you. I made that declaration last night in advance if people within =CR= were looking to get some payback for losing yet another PoB to the Outcasts.
If you want to keep pinning this declaration on any 'ooRP bias' or whatnot, you're free to do so. It won't matter if you put it in all caps, underline it, provide links or what, because none of this has anything to do with the *MR|. End of discussion.

Also Outcasts sieged Borneo Orbital as well, which was founded during my leadership of =CR= and was a completely irrelevant base to MR matters, however OC now brought it upon themselves. I have seen that in the roleplay OC treated Borneo Orbital as a MR base but I want to assume that is just an intentional inRP misjudgement. And *MR| did not become buddy buddy with =CR= in a single day. We had a slowly founding neutrality, then a... mutual understanding and it evolved into alliance. How do I know? Because I am the person behind =CR= - 72nd| ( that became *MR| ) relations from =CR= side since years until I passed lead to Havok.

Yes shooter, but the most striking, rapid and decisive development was made rather recently with the quite questionable means, which i liked on the page 2. 72nd was neutral with everything and had understanding with everyone. Which is not hard with the literal Zoner approach of doing things.
