Those Official Factions that were warned within the last two checks and have also failed this check, have lost their Officialdom and will be removed from the Tracker.

Those Official Factions that failed the last check, but passed this check will be taken off the Warning if they proceed to pass the next Quarterly Check.

Those Official Factions that have failed the Quarterly Check, for the first time, are now under Warning and will have to meet the minimum requirement for the next two Checks.

Those Official Factions that have achieved a Second Pass are now off the Warning.

The Unofficial Factions, listed, have failed to achieve the minimum requirement and will therefore be removed from the Activity Tracker.

This system is so incredibly stupid. Let's punish our players for not playing because that makes them come back. Once something fun becomes a chore, it's no more fun. Also, how come Game Masters have time for a destructive and frustrating system like this, while SRPs are being voted on for multiple months with little to no communication in sight?

Excuse me for the little rant, I'm grateful people are actively working on this mod and managing the community, but I see no positive effect from the current OF activity system.

It's the system that is relying on numbers and got no subjective input, it means good in my book. I mean it's not perfect naturally, because it's not counting how much time you spend RPing on the forums or any other non-ingame contributions to activity. But nothing is perfect. I'd bring back old requirements of a minimum of 5 active players instead of 3. Maybe it would strike down some factions but will consolidate the playerbase with similar interests in other factions. Though, I doubt that this opinion will get any popular.
