We have found your recent behaviour regarding the Tsingtao GMG incident to be completely unacceptable.

Your attitude towards fellow community members has been incredibly toxic and condescending; You've taken ooRP posts to smear the opposing faction's reputation inRP and try to get allies to join your defence. From the very beginning, you've been sending accusations and sanction threats rather than trying to communicate with them in a civil manner. You've had a clear option to roleplay it out and find a solution, yet you've opted to try and bait the opposing faction into getting sanctioned and reported them instead.

All three of you have been sending in the same reports about various people at the same time, thinking this will expedite the process. I assure you this is not the case.

I can only hope that you'll reconsider your behaviour in the future, as any further incidents will lead to more severe consequences.

It's not like GMG got the entire hater base to destroy not only Tsingtao but now every other Rheinland faction pob out of oorp grudge. In addition i made as 2IC sure that no one of RM dropped any sanction threat on neither the forums nor ingame. So GMG can call the coalition for help and RM isnt allowed to defend its affiliated PoBs?

In accordance to the private inquiring done by my 2ic, @Promotheus and @Ramke 's reply on the matter (giving us the ok for this here), I request kindly to receive the evidence as Kishiro| 1ic over the fact that we as faction were co-owners of Tsingtao Station, the PoB which existance derailed into an ooRP matter we preferred to stay out ourselves then.

It would be very appreciated if the evidence could find its way into my inbox, as seeing the bigger picture could help all sides involved to understand how, why and where mistakes were made from players involved into RPs we take part in such as the @Saigon Autonomous Council. In order to keep this process clean, I promise that there will be done no misconduct with the sensitive data provided and that it will only be used to analyze the situation and possibly assist our RP partners and all involved sides to avoid such grave matters, as this ooRP mess appeared to us, to repeat. The data provided will only be used within the Kishiro HC and the Saigon Chat by my side under the strict agreement of all chat members to keep it to themselves. What we do not require here is evidence resulting in a warning to leak all over the place and fuel fires I would like to extinguish.

This sanction is primarily in regards to general behaviour witnessed from a certain group of players over an extended period, the recent event which invoked the metagaming claim is what triggered this warning. While it is true that in the most recent circumstance only one of the named players is responsible for directly threatening another player with a report, this happened over Discord and only serves as background information for the sanction. You may notice that Threatening with Sanctions is not in the list of rules broken.

Being careful to remain technically within the rules is not an excuse to treat your fellow players with hostility and threats, and sending in massive amounts of reports over everything you don't like, is not a good strategy to win over the staff.

This is only a warning, we recommend you reconsider the way you engage with your fellow community members, and if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
