Good news. I spoke with a certain Bretonian Banker regarding new opportunities in Bretonia, a replacement project for Ayr I hear. Harris was a mess, but the success of California Minor and the estimates of Harris completion, regardless of ownership seem to have swayed the government towards the benefits of a new project.

While I may have offered some advice, I did nothing but provide some advice to the banker, naturally.
