Kirigiri Kyoko has contacted us about an asset, a light fighter for us to provide to her for her personal use. She has provided us with information that she is going to be working with you in the Omicrons soon. As part of our High Command in the Blood Dragons, I wanted to start an investigation on this, to learn if this person is a loyal person or whether she is going to use our assets in a bad way.

Colonel Becker, Legacy of Orillion. A pleasure.

To be up front, I believe there were some allegations about Miss Kyoko's connection to the IMG a while back concerning conflict with Crayter. Our records report that she was a member of their main command structure, but any specifics aren't at our disposal.

As for her intentions in the Omicrons, I'm afraid the Legacy has no confirmation of any such. Her proposed departure from the IMG may tell a tale, but beyond that the I cannot say for certain.

Lord Takeda of the Honorable Blood Dragons.

I will assume that given she has contacted you in person, she trusts you at least as an extension of Sigma’s allied block. Individual by name Kirigiri Kyoko during her previous employment has rendered valuable service to The Order, she and her people put their livelihoods on a thin line during high priority operation for The Order. In most likelihood, if it wasn’t for Kyoko and her people, the operation may had ended in a fiasco or at the very least cost us more lives than it was necessary. As it happened, she was forced to resign from previous in order to protect not only herself but those who flew alongside her.

Kyoko currently works as a freelance agent, affiliated neither to The Order or past faction. We are due to schedule meeting concerning terms upon which she could continue to work with us. It is my estimate that we would have a final word due next week at the latest. Furthermore, I have to stress that even if she never was part of The Order, someone who aided us in our hour of need at a great cost deserves confidentiality similar to our own operatives. Do not betray her current whereabouts and links to The Order to anyone outside of the Shogunate on need to know basis.

The final decision however belongs to you. We may have further information at the weekend’s end. There is always the risk but in general, light fighters are not the end of the world if you ask me.
