Hmm.

How is it spelled on your character? LNX_ThunderBay or LNX_Thunderbay?

It wouldn't matter FLHook doesn't differentiate, it is not possible to duplicate names using exactly the same characters. In order to duplicate it you need to use other characters that FLHook reads as if they were regular characters. I'll go and check IFSO though see whether or not there is another LNX_Thunderbay.

Edit: mb52, there is defintiely not, and never has been, another LNX_Thunderbay. Not even using alternative characters. That was you.

now listen here, my mate Hanz, and no frauder, ive known him fer ages, and he's 1 of my best mates he wouldnt try and fraud people of money by going too a private server too get a Bounty, thats BS i know he wouldnt do that.

so i suggest you close this topic before i start flaming people, cus im not having my mate abused by saying its probaly done on a private server or something.

No chance of it being a private server, Balin, Shogun and =CR=Oni are all characters on this server and all are in very different parts of the world. So to re-iterate, mb52 the LNX_Thunderbay in that shot is very very definitely you.

Well, then I guess I have to believe someone was using my account.../computer... so from now on its passworded when I'm gone.. >.<

Cause I would remember being destroyed, its only few times before, I take steps to avoid it...

Thanks everyone who posted helpful comments, pretty sure I know what may have happened >.<

Edit- and I wasn't implying that its a fraudulent screen, but trying to figure out how it is possible when I never was destroyed in that system before...

Ive seen the exact same character name on the server... I took a screenshot of it somewhere. They had different ships as well. Might have been a different letter that looks exactly the same (like a capital 'I' and a lowercase 'L')

Also don't forget that there WAS an issue for a while with FLHook where it would say someone died and they weren't even in the same system.

We had that happen during 'training simulations' within the S/D - the death message came up that we'd killed someone two or three systems away.
