To whom it may concern

It would appear that an act of war has taken place in the Nottingham system. We are attaching the report from the BAF and we expect an explanation for this drastic turn of events.

Bretonia, in case it has not been made clear, has no intention or desire to fight Rheinland. But neither will we allow Rheinland military vessels to enter our House unchecked.

James Hacker
Prime Minister

To: Prime Minister James Hacker

Herr Hacker, we also see this as an isolated incident and the poor communications between both parties concerning handling of outlined treaties. As such we're willing to see this as a one off towards a greater stability between our houses.

Mit Grüße,

Staatssekretär of the Bundeskabinett Sekretariat, Karl Graves.
