This is Operative Atlas, reporting in.

Yesterday with Operative PHOENIX, we have identified an major security breach of the Alaska system. While sweeping the system, we have detected an small activity of nomad ships in the Alaska system, mostly fighters, nothing too worrying at first as it's normal in our backyard, but as we came closer and closer to the Super Gate Construction site we even detected an Order patrols nearby the Super gate coming from direction of the GAMMA sectors. As per Liberty laws and security code we destroyed them as fast as possible before they could go deeper into the system and causing possible harm to both Prudhoe station and "Omicron Gateway Project" as per named. As we observed the patrol directions, we decide to sweep the GAMMA TWO and GAMMA THREE for any possible bases or hideouts in Alaska, while the PHOENIX found nothing in the GAMMA THREE sector I have found on other hand an Unknown jump hole and also an Planet Unknown by it in the sector of GAMMA TWO.

By the jump hole we have encountered both high activity of Nomad patrols and Order ones too. PHOENIX was trying to scan the jump hole as fast as he could while I defended his ship from attackers and it wasn't easy task. From the scans he was able to determine that jump hole was phase aligned. However, it is unstable and only smaller crafts could enter up to fighter class. As time grown by the Order patrols coming from jump hole were stopping in force and more and more Nomads were appearing and so we decided to return to BATTLEGROUP ECHO Flagship before we're overwhelmed by the enemy forces. Later on as we were flying back to BATTLEGROUP ECHO Flagship, we were caught in the ambush, six nomad fighters were up against us and we barely returned to BATTLEGROUP ECHO Flagship.

Requesting assignment to check where the Unknown and Unstable jump hole leads to, possible security breach can make damage to Omicron Gateway Project, Super Gate itself and also to the BATTLEGROUP ECHO which is guarding the Project at sector of FALCON FIVE. Should the jump hole become stable once more, it could pose an massive threat to whole system.

This is Operative Atlas, reporting in.

Exactly fourty-eight hours ago we proceeded on the another scout mission into the unstable jump hole which is now identified as the OMICRON-MINOR jump hole into other parts of OMICRON worlds, such as DELTA, KAPPA and THETA. Operatives which were on-board with the scout were: GUARD, PHOENIX and ATLAS, which is me. With the allowance from the command, Commander John Hemmingway joined us in the scouting party. Needless to say, we didn't do the scouting run which we were planning to do and were ordered so, instead we followed strange signal signatures which Operative GUARD detected coming from sector BETA TWO in the O-MINOR system, when we arrived, we were greeted with the damaged Nomad Jump Gate which was under "repairs" since something was laid down on the top. The activity around the damaged jump gate was high with the Human Infested ships called "Wild" were flooding us from everywhere and anywhere and kept coming like it was nothing. The scans were unsuccessful as the enemy was flooding in ratios of fifteen seconds per destroyed squadrons and so we had to retreat, few moments after our retreat we were intercepted by Nomad Gunboat and we barely managed to get back to BATTLEGROUP ECHO and Alaska itself. The scout of the DELTA, KAPPA and THETA remains to be dealt with in the future.

To all ESRD operatives,

The following report is highly classified and contains a summary and key directives on our current situation in the Alaska system and it's connection to Omircon Minor, as well as standing threats and possible future targets.

Since our space monitoring sensors discovered an unstable jump hole, we have been sending multiple scout and strike parties in the other side. From our operations we have gathered intelligence on the bordering systems.

First is Omicron Minor. From our surveys of the system it is mostly a graveyard. From what our intel says, this used to serve as a base of operations for the Order. History shows that the Order was engaged in intense combat with the Core, and both sides were caught by surprise by a large-scale nomad attack, leading to the collapse of planet Toledo. A surprise that we cannot afford and that will not allow to happen. Hence pre-emptive measures will be taken. So far we have only conducted a thorough sweep of the Edge Nebula cloud.

Regardless Omicron Minor also serves as our gateway and transit hub into the other nearby systems of the Edge Worlds. Our entry in the systems is done through an unstable jumphole at C6.

The following connections have been marked on our databases:

Current known stations are:

Capetown Station - E6 Upper Left - Belonging to the Core
Tarancon Base - EF45 - Belonging to Junkers

Apart from these man made installations, an Alien Gate of Nomad origin has also been found at sector B3. More about the installation can be found on the latest report submitted by operative Atlas, however such information will remain classified to the highest levels. Sector B3 is to be considered as a high risk area and patrols are advised to avoid it unless enemy combatants have been spotted or unless the unit is supported or prior preparations have been made. Luckily for us, the gate remains inactive.

So far, we have only made a thorough survey of the Edge Nebula cloud. Further sweeps will be done on the outside of the cloud as well to obtain total information on the system.

Other systems include Omicron Mu and Omicron Rho. From what our patrols have reported there is a lot of Order activity coming from Omicron Mu and from what our intel reports it serves as the Order's base of operation in the omicrons. Hence caution is advised.

On the other hand Omicron Rho as you all know, belongs to our business partners in the core. As of now due to bureaucracy of their system, we are not permitted to use it for transit at the current moment. However we will respect their decision for the time being as communication channels are set up. Updates will follow.

As for Omicron Delta, it's empty space contested between the order and the core, with the zoner freeport caught in the middle. The Core has interests on the Palau Ice cloud as it provides Azurite mining operations to APM. As for the freeport a zoner group going by the name of Velvet has tasked itself with providing security to the Freeport. Even though Omicron Delta is outside our area of interest for the time being, it serves as an avant-garde point in our efforts to detect and intercept possible threats early on. Hence cooperation with the locals is advised against nomad threats.

- DIRECTIVES -

As a result of our current status, described above all operatives are expected to follow the following directives:

1. Our main interest here is border defense of Alaska, monitoring of Omicron Minor, early warning and intercepting of threats in the nearby omicrons before they can reach our doorstep. Liberty Navy Guard will provide fleet suppurt from Battlegroup minneapolis as well.

2. This brings to the formation of a specialized unit based out of Battlegroup Minneapolis in Alaska. In cooperation with the Navy Guard, Battleship Minneapolis will serve as our only staging point for these operations. Operatives are to move their vessels from this battleship to serve as a quick response force to any short notice warnings and alerts.

3. Any unauthorized vessel found within Alaska proper is to be eliminated. If any vessels are found in vicinity of the Alaska jump hole in Omicron Minor, they are to be warned. If any vessels that have gotten lost enter Alaska by mistake are to be turned away if they are in the vicinity of the jump hole or otherwise eliminated.

4. Strikecrafts will be regularly sent into Omicron Minor to patrol and monitor the system.
Sectore B3 is to be considered a restricted area and utmost caution is to be had when operating in it's vicinity. Never enter the sector on your own or unsupported. Shall any Nomad presence be detected in Omicron Minor, the quick response force will immediately set out to eliminate it completely. An avant-garde attack on nomad signatures is authorized in any of the systems nearby systems connected to Omicron Minor.

4. There will be no interference in the affairs between the locals in the Omicrons. Remember that our main objective here is clearing out any possible threats to liberty and securing our own border. Cooperate with locals if needed in order to eliminate any nomad threats. This is not an exotic vacation, excursion or a field trip. We're not here to place our judgement in the injustices of the omicrons, but to defend our own borders.

5. Avoid engagements with the Order unless provoked first. If they are found in the vicinity of the jump hole leading to Alaska, ask them to halt or leave. You are cleared to engage if any intent to breach our space in Alaska is shown. Remember, our main threat right now is the Nomads and we're operating at limited capabilities of scout teams and strike teams.

6. The core has been our business partners in acquiring exotic and nomadic materials from the omicrons for years now, and this partnership is to be respected. They remain the closest things to friendly in the omicrons. You may ask for their assistance or use them as hired guns when necessary. You are permitted to assist them if your assistance is necessary or shall they be in a tough spot, but remember to avoid engagement if it is about local affairs. We are not here to fight their wars, but rather to protect our own borders. Regardless, you may use their installations to emergency dock and for repairs, however your staging ground is Battleship Minneapolis in Alaska.

7. Zoners and their Freeports remain a neutral entity. You are permitted to use the Freeports for emergency dock and repairs, but do not overstay your welcome.

8. Establish contact with neutral entities in the omicrons to get updates on any recent events and to learn more about other entities or threats.

- OBJECTIVES -

The next objectives for our operations in the Omicrons will be:

1. Engaging any Nomad forces in our vicinity through quick reaction to any sightings.
2. Monitoring traffic in the vicinity of our jump hole in Omicron Minor. And warning any entities getting too close or intending to trespass into Alaska.
3. Elimination of any unauthorized entities found in Alaska.
4. Further sweep of Omicron Minor and the area outside the Edge Nebula cloud.
5. Eradication of any infected forces, especially in the B3 sector, until more directives are given about the nomad gate.
6. Establishing contacts in the Omicrons and reporting relevant information.
7. Events and interactions with hostile combatants and any relevant developments made on this front are to be documented in the internal communications as well.

That will be all for now. More instructions will be delivered as more progress is made. You will also be directly notified in any task force operations that will be conducted. Remain in a state of combat readiness for the time being.
