Agreed. Though I've seen a lot more Outcast battleships in New York than Coalition caps, and still nothing has been done about OCs being able to just bring Ranseurs to NY.
Someone put in a request. AFAIK it was denied, but maybe because the other OC OF didn't agree.

This is funny because the last request which was done by Tabris we clearly mentioned that only Typhoons would be given out to indies and that there'd be a ZOI limitation but that also got implemented weirdly just like this. In the end indies got the Hurricane in their IDs and ability to use them sirius-wide kek. Never gets old )
