Dear Mr Seabourne,
Let me introduce my Organisation to you.
I am Leon Dante and am Chief of Operations of Freeport 12 main facility and also our sister facility our Extension.
We have just recently had a total refit of both facilities which are normally used as manufacturing factories for our equipment which ranges greatly fron cloaking devices to jump drives.
We decided to use very vast areas of unused space due to new state of the art manufacturing modules which have been built and means we have our manufacturing done all in one place aboard each facility.
We used this space to create the following
A shopping mall
A fully functional night club
A fully functional casino
1000 accomodation suites which are divided at 500 per facility
Also bars and restaurants
Most of the accomodation obviously lies unused due to a business deal that fell through and we have spent a fotune on all the facilities and the night club and casino are both aboard the Extension Facility with the shopping mall aboard the Main Facility and both of these utilities are lying unused so this is why we are hoping to lease the both of them.
We are sending communications to certain organisations throughout Sirius for maybe permanent lease of this Night Club and Casino and to be honest I thought of your organisation first and am giving you the ultimate opportunity to maybe do some sort of deal on these quality businesses which I am thinking this opportunity would be ideal for youre organisation.
Our extensive docking facilities has room for two large cruise liners at a time to dock at our main facility because we have moved an undisclosed amount of our colony ships to the extension.
Also we have a designated shuttle which will transport guests backwards and forwards to each facility and has space for exactly 500 people without being cramped.
We are also Introducing ourselves a Luxury Liner to do a special service which is a new venture for us.
We have fitted it out just basic at the moment as a mobile casino,this Liner will travel sirius and be rented out to organisations or even privately to whoever wants to do it.
The Liner is limited to dice games and does not have roulette or any other tables like the facilities aboard Freeport 12 Extension.
This travelling Casino can be a very crucial part of any business deal with the organisation who takes this on, because we can supply this free of charge to this organisation and will mean only the players will be using their Credits.
Now the main thing I would also like to ask is .... this liner we have is quite old and we have tried to make it as appealing as possible but... we would love to know if you have any Liners at the moment that are due for decommissioning because we would love to purchase one of your vessels and make it more appealing to our customers and also be able to supply it to your organisation if needed.
I would love to be able to do business with your organisation and seeing as with us being in a rather good position in Sirius we can offer a good stopping off point and also the right facilities for your passengers and a good experience of the facilities we offer.
Also we will offer anyone who wishes from your passengers a FREE tour of both facilities and how we manufacture our equipment if thery are interested.
Also any potential businesses who use your operation can visit us so we can do dealings with them and im sure we can arrange a percentage sum from any sales we do to anyone that is recommended to us from yourselves.
Now back to the main point ...
Below I have 2 files for your eyes only giving details of the facilities offered and also portfolio pictures of each of the Night Club and Casino.
We also have aboard our Freeport 12 Extension facility an unused fully furnished ready to function Night Club complete with dance floor and fully operational D.J booth and other facilities.
We also have aboard our Freeport 12 Extension facility an unused fully furnished ready to function Casino with ROULETTE .. CRAPS .. BLACKJACK .. SLOTS .. and DESIGNATED POKER ROOM.
And can I just say that we are waiting for a vendor that is interested in taking this part of our facility on and renting the space so hopefully will be fully functional within the next few weeks.

Orbital is always happy to work with the Zoners of Galileo. Your staff on Freeport 12 has equipped many of our ships, the Breezewood included, with many wonderful toys that got us out of tight jams. I'd be down a few liners were it not for your engineers, I'm happy to help make your corner of Sirius a little more comfortable.
Equipping Freeport 12 with a nightclub and other exotic entertainments sounds like a capital idea. You should be aware that most Kusari traffic will probably simply head for the Golden Dragon in Shikoku, but I know a lot of Liberty customers would be very excited by the prospect of the forbidden fruits offered by a station outside of house space that's a little closer to home. Most Libertonians also dislike dealing with the Hogosha. Hopefully they don't take too much offense at you diverting some patrons.
We'd be happy to help get this operation running to give our liners a new more secure destination. In terms of decommissioned ships, I think an Oasis class liner would suit your needs quite well. Lots of interior space without the excessive bells and whistles of an Enterprise. They need a little more finagling but I've found they're actually more receptive to custom modification. We can certainly assist in procuring one for you, along with securing the luxury goods, cigars, elixirs, exotic dancers, and other pleasures of life your customers will likely come to expect.
So let's start talking specifics, and let's try to make Freeport 12 a destination in its own right!

I am pleased you have shown interest in the facilities that we have on board of Freeport 12 Extension and also our main manufacturing facility.
We would like to make our proposal to you and see what you think.
Our initial idea is to provide staff to run the Casino and any facilities within the complex including the Night Club and all we require is for you to establish maybe a regular route which brings your ships to Freeport 12 and enables your passengers to spend the night and also enjoy our leisure facilities at the same time.
We have spent an extensive amount of money on these facilities and we would like to see some of the money come back to us as profit and the idea is to propose a percentage of the revenue that is generated through these facilities and as an initial offer we are prepared to relinquish 30% of all earnings from both facilities to yourselves which saves us having to apply lease or rent or any kind of financial stress to your organisation.
So all the money comes from our side of the business and is distributed to you every month end and will be listed in a way where you can see how well we are doing and how much we have taken and will be supplied in a relevant form style so you can scrutinise the way things are being handled.
Also we are encouraging 50% of the say on what possible things can be done to improve anything and move the business forward.
I am proposing aswell that you can supply some luxury items and maybe also even more luxurious passengers from time to time as i am aware your liners invite very important people onto them and these special guests as we will call them can use the upper graded accomodation.
Another aspect of the business is our Mobile casino which can travel sirius and let people take part in dice games because we did not want to take the shine off the main Casino and we also have a regular Independant Geisha Luxury Yacht who offers his service as a bar whilst people are not gambling and can relax aboard the Yacht.
Ok back to the main items,
I would like to get an aspect on what you think so far of our proposal and if you seem keen then we can draw up an agreement for a year if thats ok, then if we want to continue this endeavour after we look through the figures we can increase the agreement proposal.

I do apologise for the extra communication to you but would like to know if you and your'e company have made their decision on the Casino and Nightclub facilities we have offered.
I have got the staff for both facilities ready and waiting for our small venture to start and would also like to again see if I can visit you to discuss things further if you so wish.
We at Freeport 12 are about to undertake a new refit once again of the manufacturing side of our business and may I also mention that this will not in any way hamper or hinder the operartion we intend to cooperatively operate with the Casino and the Night Club.
We are really keen to get this operation up and running and we hope that it will be a very succesful relationship and as I have mentioned before we will be giving out a 30% cut to yourselves on all takings from the casino in return for your Cruise ships docking and supplying us with clients and customers for sleeping accomodation.

Let's make this happen. Orbital can agree to supply a certain number of passengers to your station every month, at which point we can submit receipts and be reimbursed directly from your organization. I don't know what the life support and docking facilities are like at your facility, so I don't know what kind of throughput you were expecting. But you could specify a delivery of 3,000 passengers per month for example (one visit from Breezewood) and you could specify what you would give as compensation. As a base value, OS&C would have to put up $1,000 for insurance purposes when we embark said passengers, so we'd need at least $1,000 per soul to make a profit.
As for the accommodations, we can definitely procure the materials you seek. Blue Jillies for some fresh cut flowers, cigars for smoking lounges, general consumer goods and luxury consumer goods, exotic elixirs, holo-tainment bands, holosculptures for your decor, Junyo firepearls, luxury food, tea, and a wide assortment of alcoholic beverages to help loosen those pursestrings.
Our logistical division, ONE, can take care of the cargo you desire and WSL can supply the passengers to your station.
Give a hard figure about what you're willing to spend, and we can give a more concrete picture of what we can provide.

I am glad that your'e company has made it possible for this endeavour to happen so we will get right down to the point of giving you relevant idea what to expect from the staff at Freeport 12 once the guests arrive.
On arrival we will escort your guests through our extensive reception room where a complimentary glass of Wine for the Ladies and some Liberty Ale for the Gents will be available to all passengers and once settled they will be dealt with by the accomodation staff to get them booked in and escorted to their rooms.
We will obviously work closely with your'e vessels and be in contact with them as soon as they enter the Galileo system so we can prepare for the arrival.
Once docked then the above mentioned welcoming will be done and guests can freely wander the vast shopping area or maybe even use the restaurant as the day progresses, Once settled all passengers will be able to take advantage of the facilities as soon as the Casino opens at 19.30 Sirius time and they can play all sorts of the games mentioned in my previous communication or maybe chill out in certain areas if they do not wish to gamble.
At approximately 22.30 the Night Club becomes available and we welcome all guests to frequent the club whether they want to take to the dance floor and have a boogie or maybe even just chill out in the guest or V.I.P area which coincidentally will give your passengers a chance to mix with the crew of the Breezewood.
The chill out areas and V.I.P are sound proofed so very little noise carries to them from the Night Club.
As we realise your'e cruise liners do carry alot of passengers we have increased capacity at both facilities for the accomodation and we now have 2000 rooms at each facility so that we can also be capable of receiving extra guests who simply want to spend the night.
This accomodation has been ongoing since my first communication and the extra rooms will be ready on time from the 1st April, so we will be able to receive the first guests as soon as humanly possible and we can arrange a permanent date pattern as to when the Breezewood will visit.
Along with the Casino and Night Club aboard both facilities as mentioned in our previous communication we are looking to buy a decommissioned Orbital Spa & Cruise Liner as a mobile casino unit which can travel around Sirius , So i will arrange to pop by sometime when I am passing and have a look then we can do some sort of deal on the spot.
As of the lines of compensation you mentioned initially we will pay 10 million for every visit of the Breexewood to cover any costs for lost revenue for the entire visit.
Also we will gladly reimburse the prices for the decoration of the rooms that you will supply and seeing as weve made more rooms available this compensation will be a one off amount and if we require more we will order it as we need it.
So I am offering 60 million for the setup of the room decoration and also I will make it possible for the payment of 2.000 credits per passenger to cover all insurance costs and furthermore we have also had a medical team aboard Freeport 12 for a very long time now and we do have an extensive medical facility that can look after any passengers who fall ill or just need to see a Doctor.
I hope this sums up the relevant information needed to get the ball rolling so to speak and by all means supply me with receipts for any other outlay that you might have and also I would like to mention the 30% commission that your company will get for all takings that the casino makes.
So after all this organising we just need to get things going and I hope to hear from you very soon with the first lot of passengers that can be booked in to enjoy the facilities.
I also hope this venture becomes very profitable for both our organisations and can improve both our standings with each other and hopefully we can eventually do more visits on a regular basis from more of your Vessels.

Greetings friend,
Breezewood has entered Galileo and is taking a few laps around the system, admiring the eerie effects of the storms and clouds there. I took the opportunity to nip over to Baffin to negotiate improvements to my liner, but I am back aboard and ready to disembark 3,000 passengers whenever you are ready to receive them.
As for amenities, said improvements to Breezewood will require a massive reconfiguration of the ship, which is as good an excuse as any to refurbish our attractions. If you are still interested, we could let you have our entertainers and equipment for a song as we clear out space to reconfigure the ship. We have 25 exotic dancers who are interested in a more permanent port of call, 25 sets of holotainment bands (practically new), 20 beautiful holosculptures themed around the historic sites of the main planets of Sirius and Gallia, 20 crates of luxury consumer goods to initially stock your commissaries, and 100 crates of luxury food in case all you have on station to nosh on are basic rations. Let me know if you're interested in me offloading any/all of the stuff, most of it will be put into storage before being transferred to another vessel in the fleet as needed or just auctioned off on the secondary market at a steep discount. But this way, you save yourself a delivery fee.

Thankyou for your visit to Freeport 12 and the passenger drop off that you did and I must say the passengers were really excited about our facilities and they made full use of our Casino and Night Club.
The night club grossed 1,500 credits in door admissions and the Casino made a nice profit of 571.123 credits which means that we have had our first successful opening of these facilities.
We also secured a few new customers who will buy from us in the future if they need some equipment which is much appreciated and we also had quite a few interested in the tour of our facility and I have had some really good feedback about them returning for another visit as soon as they can.
I look forward to your next visit and your next set of passengers to be able to use our brand new facilites .
