Ich was manning the Hamburg Blockade when Admiral~Kirk came through the Tradelane from das Alister Shipyard. He didnt halt when ordered to, and took the Tradelane to the Bering Gate, Ich followed him to Bering but Ich couldnt act out the law due to Freeport 2's No Fire Rules.
He also had ein friend following him but he did not make it to Freeport 2, so Ich ordered him to turn around, which he did not do. But Ich carried out the Law on him. Both were flying IMG Transports.

Additional Info: I caught a Borderworld Transport shipping military hardware and at once asked it to stop. The captain of the Bowex)BES.Bonny.Lass stated that he had permission from Rheinland to carry such cargo. With a quick check for their ship name and something specific on an old thread, we found nothing and continued our course. I chased it all the way into New Berlin and implored it to return to Munich. It wasn'€™t happening. Upon landing at Munich I asked Richards and Kent to launch and get ready for that transport. Kent gave him more of the same, and the transport kept shoveling the same garbage at us.

When the Bowex)BES.Bonny.Lass reached Omega 7, I gave Richards the go ahead to take it out. It was dispatched in Omega 3 along with smuggled cargo.
