Circumstances:
- The first time I stopped said captain was in Hamburg´s orbit. Said Shire was going to bring engine components to Freeport 2. I told the captain, that would be a violation of the Rheinland embargo. Said captain complied and told me, he is heading to Bretonia.

- Minutes later I got a call from a Hamburg patrol, who caught said ship heading to Bremen. We stopped the captain in front of Bremerhaven. Said captain told us, he was heading to Westphalia (with permission of the high command). Because this was a contradiction of what he previouse said, this was considered as lying.
After the captain dropped the said engine components, I opened fire on the ship to remove the unallowed entity from Bremen. The captain fired back. Captain Mathous of the Gunboat Anomander and the captain of the cruiser Juelich ordered me to cut the fire. We moved the Shire out from Bremen. I recommended to bring the ship to Vierlande. Unfortunately said ship was damaged, so he had to move to Alster. I ordered the employees at Alster to delete every data collected in Bremen.

- Later, I saw the captain again. This time with robotic components. I told the captain, about the consequences of his violation. The captain told me again he's heading to Bretonia. To make sure, he was this time really going to Bretonia, I informed the Bundespolizei at Ulm.

Circumstances: Zis ship was monitored on ze lane between Essen and Planet New-Berlin. I told ze freelancer to stop, but he refused. Said ship was caught up near Essen station, where ze captain attacked other terrorist ships. Regarding my task, I helped the captain to destroy them. After it, we talked about his voilation. It seems he wanted to apply in ze Rheinwehr, but I doubt zey need an unstable recruit (and a possible liberty spy). I ordered him to remove the Liberty weaponry - if he's seen again with it, fire permission is granted.
