Ship spotted on TLAGSNET moving to Hamburg system, where I approached it near Nordheide after captain left the trade lane from Planet Hamburg to Battleship Westfalen in the middle. He refused my orders to stop and used jumphole to Bering system, where I pursued him until he moored in front of me at the base which belong to the Unioners. According to law I issued fine of 24 257 000 credits and sent message to the captain or owner of the ship, but no reply was made nor was the fine paid.

Circumstances and notes (time, location, additional info): The accident happened 23/07/825 A.S at 13:45 SST (Standart Sirius Time). The Republican cargo ship "Serenity" was caught moving the large group of people aboard near with the planet New Berlin. The kapitan of this ship was requested to move from the docking ring two times and both times he ignored the issued order. After the brief conversation, he suddenly moved to the surface, destroying his own ship and putting the lifes of people aboard under the risk. Luckly, we managed to save them, however, I think, that additional fine for such semi-terroristic actions should be issued.
