Smuggler ship named *Shtorm* which unfortunately was able to flee. I spotted him in TLAGSNET in Stuttgart system with load of black market munitions when I took my Phantom on service flight. Unfortunately I didn´t get close enough to take direct scan of cargo hold. Pilot took lanes to Konstanz Border Station, where he flew to open space and used Omega-11 jumphole, where he continued to Omega-41 jumphole. Of course ignoring my orders to stop all the time. Unfortunately because the ship was freighter class Camara, I was not able to catch him even in Phtantom so I ended the pursue hier and returned back. But pilot was even that sassy that he sent me message where he said he has no time and even wished me good luck. I really hope we will meet again. Anyway, another name for criminal database.

Spotted in TLAGSNET in New Berlin system, all loaded with cardamine. Violated multiple orders to stop and order to drop the contraband. Unfortunately they were able to slip away, despite search operation they were not found again anywhere in Hamburg system.

Just when we were closing with Scarage to Solarius, I spotted ship named Lincon which unmoored from the station and took the course to the Stuttgart gate. Quick scan revealed it´s ship with DSE papers loaded with diamonds so violating cargo license for DSE ships. I stopped him and we spoke about it and captain proposed he will return cargo to Solarius. I somehow didn´t want to be harsh so I allowed that and allowed him to do it with addition he will pay the fine after that. Mistake! Captain used the station as a escape place from me and even turned the ship engine off and logged off from all comunication channels. After some waiting, I contacted Solarius security but they said they can´t locate crew and ship itself is locked. I decided to let this on them and returned to core space. But this is not the end. I gave the captain last chance to fix it and tried to contact him via Neural Net message, giving him three days to pay the fine. I got no answer. But captain was not running from me for long. He somehow managed to get out of Solarius, but I caught him again week later when I was in Hamburg system. I stopped him near planet Hamburg while he was flying from the New Berlin system and very likely intended to break trade embargo on border with Liberty. He was again transporting diamonds. He tried to claim his cargo is legal but when realized this won´t work, just started engines and moored at planet Hamburg mooring point! Damn hackers... I contacted security forces about this again and continued patrol, later I heard he somehow managed to get away again, but he lost cargo and some equipment was destroyed during the escape. Also F.R.5 hostile protocol was assigned to the ship. Uploading evidence now...

But that´s still not all. After I informed captain via Neural Net channel that because of his law violations his ship was added to Rheinland criminal database, I got this message from him, very disrespectful towards me as well as Rheinland and it´s laws...

15:50 SMT, I first detected the Salvager class vessel near planet Hamburg and attempted to chase it down to Bering jumphole. Pretending engine malfunction all the time. Correctly jumped to jump holes, and all tradelanes in the way. I chased it even through Bering and to Texas. If it wasn't smuggler, I don't know why he or she.. ran with such illogical arguments? It wouldn't be so time consumming to stop for scanning. So, for me at least, it is evident enough to contact zhe Polizei about it.

Report of wachmann Horst Steinberg: Smuggler with cardamine stopped at Frankfurt gate in New Berlin. He asked if "is there a way we can solve this with out that think?" and when I said no, he disoybed order to stop and started engines. Then shooting started until he some time later docked on Essen station what he somehow managed to do (twice actually) despite I revoked his docking rights twice earlier. Then he flew to Hamburg system where I lost him near Hudson jumphole.

We have a tiny problem with a perticular Junker wich is in loved in smugling. His ship calsign is j.ramon.
This criminal was coughted several times in smugling atempt with it's cargo full of Cardamine.
On our first encounter not that he just tried to bribe a Rheinland officer he also atempted to assasinate me by opening fire at my vessel.

As you can see this individual has quite an impresive list.
