Circumstances and notes (time, location, additional info): At the time i arrived at planet New Berlin he was already going for Frankfurt using tradelanes ,he managed to escape since I got my tradelane disrupted buy a small groop of Hessians.By the time i was back on tradelane he was already out of Frankfurt..Person did not show will to cooperate ,he just ran like he was in hurry which shows that person is awared that his actions are breaking our laws...This happened date 31/5/AS ,criminal was using BK-65 "Serenity" transport.

Circumstances and notes (time, location, additional info): Serenity transport carrying black market arms evaded polizei via trade lanes. Suspect refused demands to stop and disabled trade lanes as they went to stall pursuit. I was unable to back up my scan data quickly enough as the vessel moved out of range, and as such I have no definitive evidence of its cargo beyond the captain's open resistance.
