Greetings to all at Universal Shipping Incorporated,

I am Leon Dante and I am the COO of both Freeport 12 facilities in Galileo,

Today I am sending this communication to see if it is possible to work with your organisation on a contract basis to supply both of our facilities with much needed goods for our manufacturing process.

We manufacture large amounts of Vessel Equipment to supply much needed stock to both of our facilities so we can sell these items to passing traders and pilots.

We would like to propose a Contract basis supply chain to both facilities and would like you to look over a possible contract with us to supply our facilities.

I have supplied a copy of a Contract that we could possibly put into place and would like you to look it over and let me know the possibilities of arranging the said contract.

I have also supplied for your eyes only a list of commodities that we require when building our equipment.

All supplies have to be delivered in a certain way to our facilities for our manufacturing process to work smoothly so we propose to list below a brief system of how our manufacturing process works.

1.. Before we start any manufacturing we will need a certain amount of Reinforced alloy delivering to the facilities
Once this is complete then the process of manufacturing will start.

2.. We are able to manufacture multiple items but this needs to be policed very very efficiently so as not to interfere with any of the facilities repair process which needs constant flow of materials too.

3.. Once the Reinforced alloy is complete there will be a list of items that are being manufactured in the facilities, so if possible we would need these items delivering aswell.
If this requirement is not suitable then please amend the contract in the comments section after you have read through it.

4.. Once these items being manufactured are finished then we start the whole process again, so its a constant flow of commodities we require to be able to keep things ticking over so to speak.

5.. I will endeavour to keep communication going at all times to keep the information of what we need as up to date as possible and keep your'e operatives busy.

6.. Included in the Contract is a bonus amount that will be paid at a relevant time as you see fit to be sent to you and it is included in the contract details.

Hopefully this proposal will be suitable for you and we can start as soon as possible and make a good working relationship and I do understand if you need your'e operatives for other projects we are quite flexible with this arrangement too.
Also I am thinking that if your Operatives are going a long way for certain commodities they would need a source of income to take with them before collecting our materials, so if required I can try and advise any commodities available that can be purchased to make it more profitable to yourselves to profit on while collecting.

This contract is a rolling contract which has been drafted up by the Zoners of galileo to the recipients Universal Shipping Incorporated .

This contract involves the supply of commodities to :

FREEPORT 12 Main Facility

FREEPORT 12 Extension facility

Terms of contract

1. As stated above this will be a rolling contract which will only be terminated if both parties agree on termination and will last as long as required from both parties.

2.Both parties will have to sign this contract to make this document binding and the contract rolls on until there is no need for the parties to trade with each other again and can be terminated in writing by both parties involved.

3.The Zoners of Galileo require.
Universal Shipping Incorporated to supply both facilities with essential commodities needed for our manufacturing process.

4.The The Zoners of Galileo will also.
Include any help that can be given in return to Universal Shipping Incorporated and could also include working in groups as convoys supplying the necessary commodities.

5.The Zoners of Galileo
Will use our personal transports to help Universal Shipping Incorporated in any way we can .

6. Universal Shipping Incorporated Will have the ability to ask the Zoners of Galileo for any help that we can possibly give them and they will be happy to help whenever they can.

7.The Zoners of Galileo will give day to day updates to Universal Shipping Incorporated so that everything runs smoothly and if there are no needs for the bases they will be given plenty of notice so other work can be established.

8. Supplies that are needed have a set price which has been added to both FREEPORT databases and is payed to each individual on arrival to each facility once offloaded

9. Each time a delivery is completed the Zoners of Galileo will.
Compensate Universal Shipping Incorporated the sum of 500.000 Credits and will supply payment at a specific time each month once it has been discussed.

10. A price list of all commodities we will need in some shape or form has been supplied to Universal Shipping Incorporated of which a sample of this price list has been wired through secure communication.

11.Once signed then regular updates of commodities needed will be transmitted to Universal Shipping Incorporated as soon as possible.

If both parties agree can they please sign the agreement below and that will bind the contract officially

Dear Leon Dante,

Thank you for writing up your contract for a supply chain contract for your stations within Galileo. I have read your contract and I have a few comments and concerns to push.

We believe that our concern for your station where supply and demand is concerned, that Universal Shipping will prioritise Reinforced Alloy at the rate of:

REINFORCED ALLOY - From Kepler, AMES RESEARCH STATION 250 CREDITS PER UNIT
To Galileo 1150 CREDITS PER UNIT
as per your price list.

Please understand that inclusive of the contract at this time only, we're accepting on partition of Reinforced Alloy only where partition 3, is valid only for Reinforced Alloy for the term of 80,000 cargo only split between both stations at a ration of 40,000 each.
