To all fellow BH's. This is the bounty hunter destroyer SKULL. It seem the higher up's in Liberty(LSF/SA/LN) have decided they want no BH vessal's in liberty space. They surrounded the Bounty hunter vessal SKULL, and threatened to open fire if i did not leave their territory. No foreign war ship's are allowed in liberty space i have been told. So no fighter's/bomber's/gunship's/gunboat's/destroyer's/battle cruiser's, and battleship's, as these are all war ship's/ship's of war.
So at this point i call out to all Bounty hunter's to leave liberty space, and let them deal with their own pirate infestation,and let the order, and Nomad's do as they wish in Liberty space. I am not anybody's commanding officer, nor to i pretend to be. This is a call for all bounty hunter's to unite, and leave liberty problem's to libertonian's.

Warships? Its a fancy way of saying capital ships. I should suggest that you read, and indeed follow, the laws of whatever House you operate in. Note that the Liberty Penal Code prohibits any foreign ships of Cruise model or higher. Try reading the laws next time... Your ships of Gunboat-class or lower are allowed, and the LPI even offers you employment! Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Now if you'll excuse me, I have crisis after crisis to deal with today.

With all due respect Sir, all Houses have restrictions on which class of vessel may enter their territory and as a lawful entity, Bounty Hunters should respect and abide by their wishes. Even if their requests appear to be excessive, please allow us to maintain our allied or neutral statuses with the authorities. As an Admiral, I believe you will understand where I'm coming from.
In addition, if you were to suggest boycotting Liberty then you may as well transcribe that as all Houses, but rest assured that I personally am not willing to sacrifice my ability to traverse the systems. Keep in mind that, if we were not welcome in lawful systems then we would soon be extremely limited to employing Rostock for our leisurely pleasures, we would also have extreme difficulty in accessing Deshima and Sheffield as well as commercial outposts.
All-in-all, and as I've said before, I do sympathise with victims of oppression, especially when they have done little or nothing at all wrong, even more so when they have actively preserved their alliances by defeating or deterring unlawful activities within such systems. Nonetheless, being the Bounty Hunters we are and by nature of some fundamental priorities, primarily the ease of access to all House Systems, we all must cooperate with our allies that are the law in their space.

as you see its no foreign battleships are allowed without reason im sure an official will be here to clarify this but as i said battlecruers and below are ok tho you might be watched a lot more as your capable of doing a lot more damage the bigger you get

Question:
Is the Bounty Hunter Guild (BHG) a "NATION" or "Corporate entity"?
I do not believe that the BHG can be classified as a nation due to the fact that it does not have a well defined set of boarders. Therefore it falls under the heading of a corporate entity.(Isn't their headquartes based on Houston?) It has diplomatic and trade agreements for their bases within the surounding Houses. As a corporation it would be prudent that when moving its larger capital class ships that it would have a standing agreement with those houses for rights of passage. So as far as the law reads, I see no reason to ban the BHG capital ships from Liberty. The BHG capital ship pilots should let the Lawful officials know that he/she is in the area and availiable to give assistance when asked.
On the other side of the coin:
If the comunity decides that the BHG is a nation then one could understand the meaning that all Houses would be at odds with them for invading and holding of sovereign territory.
Here is the really stupid part about it.
Foreign refers to Houses, it should not refer to BH as they are EMPLOYED by the government.
This outranks even the Navy.
That is the RP of it, or are the SA attempting to rewrite the RP allowances and background of the Bounty Hunters?
DarkWing put into effect a while ago our Exclusion Orders which mean that we will not initiate any combat while in the Capital systems. The only reasons our weapon systems will be engaged is due to either chasing a KOS or Bounty target or if someone attacks us. But Liberty has been doing this sort of action with increased frequency for almost the last year. They think they are displaying control when in actually they are opening Liberty to increased pirate attacks. Over the course of 3 days straight Liberty and Rheinland fell to pirate control. Have they bought a clue, I doubt it. They do not understand that the Bounty Hunters can act like a National Guard for assisting the Lawful forces against Unlawful forces. But for some reason the Navy's wish to treat the Bounty Hunters no better then the Pirates. You know what the difference is? Bounty Hunters will listen to their stupidity and leave. Pirates wont even let them finish the first sentence.

No name's they know who they are. The fund's will be used to purchase a pirate vessal,as the pirate's get more support, and are more organized, and better RP player's then the rest of Liberty. I was proud at 1 time to be part of the liberty force's. Thing is leader's are never around so the noob non RP experienced SA/LN run around saying we control liberty. do as we say or die!
