Yes, but you might remember the BH fighter craft who helped LSF deal with a ridiculous Order attack on West Point yesterday and the cordial relations developing between some of us and those who protect and serve. But then you weren't there. It's best to have all the facts and with us all having different time zones, no one person is ever going to know the whole story.
Those 4 BH BC players were banned/sanctioned for oorp killing if my memory serves me well. And some BH factions put bounties on them for acting like twerps to make sure their last days on the server were miserable and that they knew how we felt about them. You don't see the whole faction diplomacy status being changed because of the rule breaking and sanctionable actions of one or two individuals, now do you? If that was the case then if some oorp LSF id carrying guy attacked, e.g., the LN, then there would be an outright war between both groups and the faction status would change on a daily basis. That is not a compelling reason from a RP point of view.

I think...

1. The Law needs to be clarified
2. We should come to an arrangement whereby large BH ships might be permitted to pass through but only under conditions as laid down by law as quoted above with an additional one - at a request for help by liberty lawful factions. The RP justification is simple and plausible but the BHG should not be regarded as a foreign power: you could determine that the BH vessels cause pollution, or clog up the trade lanes (like a prohibition on heavy traffic in city centres) or Liberty is so crowded that Order spies might try to scan the BH vessels and use that intel against them in the war in the Nomad systems.
3. BHers that do and are trying to RP well shouldn't be subjected to hostilities based on flimsy oorp decisions (like "there are too many BH BC's in the game; BHer just wanna PvP; they think they're the police") This is tarring everyone with the same brush and is, simply put, unfair. The BHG has good relations with Liberty and its forces in RP. People who oorp are doing exactly that - stepping outside the agreed parameters of the game. It's like punching someone during a chess game.
4. People in BH capships need to be aware of the proposed id changes which will see anything bigger than a GB moved outside the House systems.
5. This be settled amicably as we are all playing a game together. Chill out. Sort things out in RP or in PM but watch your tone. Aggression solves nothing.

To all fellow BH's. This is the bounty hunter destroyer SKULL. It seem the higher up's in Liberty(LSF/SA/LN) have decided they want no BH vessal's in liberty space. They surrounded the Bounty hunter vessal SKULL, and threatened to open fire if i did not leave their territory. No foreign war ship's are allowed in liberty space i have been told. So no fighter's/bomber's/gunship's/gunboat's/destroyer's/battle cruiser's, and battleship's, as these are all war ship's/ship's of war.
So at this point i call out to all Bounty hunter's to leave liberty space, and let them deal with their own pirate infestation,and let the order, and Nomad's do as they wish in Liberty space. I am not anybody's commanding officer, nor to i pretend to be. This is a call for all bounty hunter's to unite, and leave liberty problem's to libertonian's.

Technically the BH destroyer was constructed in the liberty mility shipyards.....so I don't know if it can be called a "foreign" warship.

Here is the really stupid part about it.
Foreign refers to Houses, it should not refer to BH as they are EMPLOYED by the government.

DarkWing put into effect a while ago our Exclusion Orders which mean that we will not initiate any combat while in the Capital systems. The only reasons our weapon systems will be engaged is due to either chasing a KOS or Bounty target or if someone attacks us. But Liberty has been doing this sort of action with increased frequency for almost the last year. They think they are displaying control when in actually they are opening Liberty to increased pirate attacks. Over the course of 3 days straight Liberty and Rheinland fell to pirate control. Have they bought a clue, I doubt it. They do not understand that the Bounty Hunters can act like a National Guard for assisting the Lawful forces against Unlawful forces. But for some reason the Navy's wish to treat the Bounty Hunters no better then the Pirates. You know what the difference is? Bounty Hunters will listen to their stupidity and leave. Pirates wont even let them finish the first sentence.

This is very true. As a matter of a fact I helped a rather badly equipped Rhineland Police IDed fellow rid new berlin of a "junker" in a dragon GB.

"the guild is operating in close cooperation with every nations goverment, except the kusari goverment. it is highly unlikely that the guild would turn against a house force. although it is basicly not impossible it would take another house goverment or cooperation to pay more cash than they can afford to make the guild turn against another lawful house.

as you might have seen - the guild does not even take up sides in the bretonian / kusari conflict, - that we agree on - is a state of open warfare. i am at a loss how the liberty navy forces think that it only takes someone to pay the guild some money to turn the guild against liberty. - this thought is as far fetched as thinking that the xenos have knowledge about hyperjumpgates - although it adds to the impression of a goverment gone paranoid.

if your point of view is indeed shared by the highest ranking officers within the navy, the guild and the navy might have a problem in the future - and ... as i must insist, it is not the guilds fault that things got ugly. the guild has standards to uphold, standards to keep a neutrality based on the lawful side of each house goverment. - a standard that appears to wane within the houses own navy when they forget how the guild operates, considering that we have been working in close cooperation for decades if not centuries.
