Good tidings!
On behalf of the Research & Development branch of Cryer Pharmaceuticals™, I have been appointed to handle communications with Cryer proper from here on out. Seeing as how we have our own stake in the area, migrating equipment over shouldn't be too much of a hassle, and redirecting personnel is already rather frequent given our company's lack of a single, centralized holding off-world.
While food is often the domain of our Libertonian brethren Synth Foods™, they do not have the presence of mind to place an installation out here in the great unknown. As such, your offer of the algal sort has piqued our interest, and we have a team ready to dispatch for sample collection, observation, and viability assessment for mass cultivation.
As such, we are interested in not just discussion of, but also the swift application of research assets to this opportunity.

Greetings.
I did not expect that you decide to act so quickly, however, we are ready to give you areas for work both on the planet and on Rostock itself.
However, the complex on the planet is still incomplete, but you can really live there without a threat to life.
We have enough people to help with the installation of equipment and other less skilled work.
However, as I said earlier, there is no staff at Rostok who could do research on the planet, of course, we already received information that scientists was allocated from the Coalition, but it is extremely difficult to say exactly when they will arrive because this was a long time ago.
One YX "Dromedary" performs transit flights between the base on the surface and the station, I hope this will be enough for your needs, but if necessary, we have a second ship of the same class that is backup in case of emergency and is always ready to deliver a security squad and medical team to the surface or provide help in evacuate.
Also, if you need help in delivering personnel to Rostok, materials or equipment, we have one "DLX" Border Worlds Train for long-distance cargo missions that can provide some assistance if necessary.
Our defense system should allow your ships dock with Rostock or our Cargo Platform.
In case of problems with access to the station, let us know and we will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

The Dromedary freighter will be fine for station to planet transit of personnel and equipment. Otherwise, I believe we will be fine in terms of logistics. After all, Atka is just a short ways away, relatively speaking.
Otherwise, if you could give us a rough estimate of how much the facility can contain so we can determine the quantity of equipment to be shipped over, that would be fantastic.
We look forward to working with you.

Currently, the underground base located at a depth of 800m and base area reach 10 thousand square meters, including tunnels connecting the caves.
Of course, we continue mining and, ideally, I have plan to create a complex of at least 25 thousand square meters to accommodate 500 people there, as well as gradually create additional cavities as needed.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much space is needed by your standards, but right now I can give you an isolated cave of 2 thousand square meters for laboratory we make this cave for the scientists of the Coalition but I think we can later make another for them and, if necessary, we can add additional space at your request.
However, due to the complexity of the work and the high density of the rock, adding additional space will take some time.
This room is already equipped with separate ventilation and several small individual reactors that are currently mothballed but are ready to start work at any time.
To move around the complex, we have several small electric trains with freight and passenger platforms.
Also in the near future, I will make a request to our suppliers to replenish our xenobiotic filters stocks.
For your staff, we can offer a place in one of the empty barracks for miners there already have all the necessary amenities for living.
We also have a first-aid post, a common dining room, a common bathroom, a small security detachment and a radio station that is enough to communicate with Rostock or ships in orbit.
As for the delivery of personnel and cargo, we have a small platform on the surface for unloading large cargo and an indoor hangar that can accommodate one or two freighters or two other small ships, also there is a warehouse for the temporary storage and hangar has an individual connection to the main entrance of base so if you have small cargo or only crew you don't need go out to surface to get to the elevator.
It was also assumed that we will have 5 military-science vehicles for moving along the surface, however, due to problems in the Coalition and our remoteness, we did not receive them, so of the 5 garages located near the hangar ready only 2 so that at the moment we may have a problem with the study of the surface while we wait receiving the requested or alternative vehicles.
Perhaps you have your own vehicles? If not, I’ll try to get a few from the nearest source. I think Rheinland market can offer us everything we need at an affordable price.

My apologies for the delay, manpower had to be redirected elsewhere due to understaffing in other, more critical areas over the past few days.
Regardless, thank you for the facility layout - no doubt useful for the staff that will be transferred over. However, if we could get the facility's capacity in standard cargo units for the sake of our logistics team, that would satisfy our preparation requirements and permit us to being shipping personnel and equipment as soon as possible.

Everything is in fine.
Now in the world, there are many changes that have affect even at such distant corners as ours.
But back to business, in fact, it will be much easier for you and us if you will have the opportunity to unload and pick up cargo from our spaceport yourself.
Therefore, we are ready to allocate part of the warehouse to your property on our "Cargo Extension" platform for unloading transports.
Usually, we store ore and other equipment, but at the moment our forces are aimed at expanding the colony and the spaceport.
To begin with, we can provide you with a warehouse for 40,000 cargo units, and if you need additional space, I am ready to discuss this.
Access codes that will allow you to independently bring and mark cargo for dispatch will be transmitted through a more secure channel.
And I hope that you will not mind if our staff responsible for shipping will inspect the incoming cargo.
For delivery cargo between the space station and the ground base will be used our freighter as we early agreed, and if necessary, we can assign a hangar space for your ships at our base.
As for the ground base, we will soon receive vehicles for land movement, but we still cannot find a supplier of filters.
In all other questions, everything still remain as it is.

Greetings.
We have already received ground transport and have already begun reconnaissance of the surroundings, so when you are ready for fieldwork, we will ensure the movement of your people on the planet.
But the main reason why I am writing to you right now is that the traders with who we usually work, cannot get the goods we need, or rather 4,000 units of Xenobiotic Filters.
At the moment, we are still considering our next possible actions, however, if one of your captains is ready to deliver, then we will pay 10.000 Sirius Credits for each required unit.
If someone from your man is interested in this offer, please let us know and we will stop searching for other traders.

Greetings.
If possible, I would like to request a new supply of medicines from you.
However, this time we need a little more, or rather 10,000 units.
These medicines will be exported to the Coalition as they have requested resources to provide humanitarian assistance to the residents of Gran Canaria.
I am ready to provide 6.000 sc for each crate and if everything suits you as usual Rostok will wait your ships.
If at the moment you do not have the opportunity to trade with us, please let us know that we would try to find an alternative source.
