I can concur with the oprtion of turnin off PvP in NY for a short time per day, but if yu turn off pPvP in Liberty altogethr te various Liberty Factions ma as well pack up and stop playing.

Good point. Turning it off in NY alone might work as they would think their cheats are not even working at all but if they know PvP is turned off in NY, they will move to the other systems. Blippy was one beam modder and was in Colorado killing people.

They're hackers, unless they've downloaded a party pack from somewhere, I assume they've done this modding personally. If that's the case, they accurately denotate the computing term for "hacker". It made me chuckle though how Black Hawk was like, "this isn't hacking, hacking is breaking into servers"...oh how wrong he was.

Ive a suggestion. What if we were to set a limit on how many people a person can kill in a certain short time period? If a person exceeds the amount, they are logged, then banned.
