Obviously, just like normal missions that requires you to fly a bit further, the price would be higher...

It's a great idea and i would love to see this, but whether its possible that's another thing. Intelligence factions need something that sells them better than the Military equivalent relating to their influence outside house space. As for me finding a faction that has similar enemies, always works too. Maybe an alternative solution is to have more LSF, Kemp and BIS bases scattered over Sirius.

If missions would be always descriptive of their location then sure. But it could also lead to out-of-zoi incidents. Also encounters which players haven't accounted for.

I think one issue to hypothesize is warships leaving and entering houses.

Spontaneous incidents organically occurring throughout the game is roleplay.

I do see your point about caps though, but tbh it's well overdue that capital ships should not be able to leave their ZoI.

Missions always specify the destination system in the subtitle.

We're also actively discussing a fairly substantial change to all House Intel IDs that'll possibly spice things up a bit.

Why is horrible idea?
If mission price is higher and you are willing to fly to others systems do it , if you dont like fly to another system, just choose some other mission in local system.

I thought I would try out the new missions.

My Fighter skill lays in the 1-10% range.
I took a Fighter Mission for 420k credits.
After 30 minutes I was successful and returned back base for a total payout of about 4 million. I am sure that those more PvP capable would have completed it in about 1/3 of the time.

My Cap skills are even worse than my Fighter skills. I am more of the 'charge the enemy all guns blazing' skill set (or lack of).
I tried 4 missions, 3 I survived, 1 I died horribly.
The last one was a 3.75 million mission (The one I died horribly on was a 4.4 million mission).
I survived and got back to be paid 3.75 + 9.6 million (total of 13.35 million).

The surprising thing was each of the missions I survived took me 10 minutes. That included flying there, shooting the enemies, flying around collecting the 'loot' and getting back to Base.

Now, I don't trade in ores, but I do trade in normal commodities. I made a lot more, in those 3 missions, than I do in the same time in trading.

Now, as my skill is pretty minimal, I would suggest that those with a reasonable amount of skill (ie taking the higher paid missions, which also means a higher payout on bonuses) can make an extortionate amount of money in a short amount of time.

My loadout (flying a Sarissa) was 2 heavy mortars, primaries and secondaries (probably a bad set up). So I didn't have the setup, I have seen others use, of sitting back firing missiles, then collect the loot.

People have complained about the lack of Traders so that they can pirate them. I believe that this kind of payout will reduce people needing to trade even more.
