-I have entered the West Point Military Academy Capships training. Since i'm only a sub-LT i was accepted only to
Basic Gunboat Training and have been in my lessons for 2 weeks and have learned the basic controls of the Gunboat and scanner
reading methods along with basic fighting techniques but have not been taught advanced fighting and advanced weapon handling
and not even basic evading because of my rank. And can not continue my training because i crashed the first one into a Nomad Battleship
while in Alaska training so they wont give me another one. So i need my own GB and of course without
permission from Navy high. So I am requesting permission for Liberty Gunboat to finish my training with the Gunboat and get
additional training from Liberty Navy Gunboat perfessionals...

- Alex.Walker reporting: While i'm waiting for my permission i have entered the capship scanner and transmission systems
repairment and also Gunboat weapon program writing systems and have finished the weapon program writing systems but still
in training with capships scanner and transmission systems... Because my answer still didnt come I requested to be further
trained with the Gunboat but they said rules are rules so then I though that all the Gunboats in Sirius sector have common
speciaties so I went to a known Bounty Hunter named Jango.Feth and I adked if hecould give any info about Gunboats or if he
can train me. He told me that all gunboats have 1 same specialty ''they are the most agile caphips in sirius'' then he
accepted my request and trained me. I have learned the basics of evading and using the gunboats size to protect other
capships from heavily armed Battlecruisers and battleships.
Note: squad commanding finished (Gunboats and fighters)

On a side note, I have received my fighter craft from supply but have not been allotted any credits for armor, shielding, or weaponry. I have had scrape by but am requesting more funds to truly outfit my craft. Also, I am waiting on the refit of my Old ship, my precious gunboat, and will be flying it again real soon.

You are hereby promoted to the rank of Sub-Lieutenant again. And my personal apologies for the demotion.
This is recruit Rick Lape, Callsign "Alte.Kamerade". Engaged hostile target (my imaging hardware malfunctioned, so names are unavailable at this point), and put up a valiant fight before falling to Hostile.
I regret to inform it was due to inferior equipment.
I am putting in a formal request for an improvement on equipment. If I can almost take out a Slipstream fighter solo, no assist, with no armor upgrades, inferior shielding and weaponry, and as a rusty pilot, imagine what I can do in a properly outfitted vessel.
I wish to also put in a FUTURE (Not right now) application for a Cruiser once my rank has reached sufficient level. I used to pilot a Liberty Cruiser for a while as a Mercenary ((Yep, before the IDs changed, back in 4.83)), and would be highly eager to pilot one for the Liberty Navy. I am an expert at flying such vessels, and can aim the forward cannon on the cruiser very well. Within a week of piloting, I can guarentee you a captain onboard that you wouldnt regret. But that is for later.
