Update:

Autobounties are fixed and will now register correctly.
PVE bonus of 25% has been added to Texas, in addition to the 50% bonus in Bering.

Factions without autobounties are more than welcome to pile into both systems to run missions, fight and mess with evacuation transports.

I'd love to join and do some smuggling for a change, but the Freelancer Sunburst I got when I started the game has a reputation sheet with Liberty Separatists listed as hostile in it, so I'm unable to dock at their bases, sadly.

Separatist bribes are available on the freeport I believe, or shoot Unioners if you dont care about their rep

Get a Separatist ID from Bristol Depot
or
Get a Separatist bribe from Freeport 2 or a Junker base in Puerto Rico
or

I made a new character, used the Libertonian Freelancer restart, which has a good reputation sheet, and I'm travelling to Penny as we speak to buy another Sunburst. I found out they're not as expensive as the other ships. So I will be able to join in on the smuggling after all.
