I cant transfer money

I got my trader and 2 other characters restored to me day or two ago. I want to transfer cash from my trader to my new character and when I try to it says ERR Insufficient time online... I got 30 mins playtime on that new char and 57 hours play time on the trader. What seems to be the issue? Also I cant /set cashcode on trader. I type it and nothing happens. I see the command I typed in the chat but nothing happens...

Hey there. As long as you have over 10 minutes of playing time, relog and you should be fine to send cash.

Edit: If not, you can always try to use the drawcash

1.) Move to char will all of your money on
2.) Type "/set cashcode [password]" (Without quotes)
3.) Move to the char you want your money on
4.) Type "/drawcash [charname] [password] [amount of money]" (Without quotes again

I already tried that. I type /set cashcode password and it doesnt work. It simply see the command I typed in chat but It's written in dark green letters and there isnt any notification that I set it

Get a friend to help you transfer the cash via ''trade request''. That option always works.

Same problem. Cant drawcash 200 mil. after the 5 hours of playing a new char. Already got 150 mil per fighting missions on him... 4-5 hours of a teamfight. Still "Insufficient time". logged in a couple of times with no effect. Im good with all commands here coz play since 4,82.... And now my cash stuck and i cant buy my Murillo (or something like it - the new Sair BS)
