It is me Sara 冴咲 Tanaka, the CEO of Nebula Shipping Express ® and I have just arrived at our (NSE) Nottingham Office. The office received your contract details but we would like to discuss some matters concerning prices and security. The requested shipment of 15,000 Robotic hardware crates for Fortitudine installation is not a problem at all and we shall deliver the requested amount within the next 24 hours successfully.

Concerning the requested shipment of 15,000 Robotic hardware crates for Isle of sky installation, We would like to negotiate the proposed price for each crate. The (NSE) transports faced several piracy incidents at the Bretonia house space and therefore, we had to increase our escorts' capabilities in Bretonia house space. This operation added to our expenses list another line which is costly and accordingly, we would like to propose changing the price of Robotic hardware crates at the Isle of sky installation from 1,500 to 3,000 per crate.

We understand that you require the shipment to be delivered as fast as possible. I gave direct orders to our domestic operation manager, Sakura 咲 Takahashi to dispatch 10 cargo transport ships immediately, and begin phase (2) of operation stronghold. A digital document will be provided showing the delivery manifesto and the timeline. We await your reply regarding the prices at the Isle of sky installation so we can dispatch the next 5 cargo transport ships required for moving 15,000 crates of Robotic hardware to Isle of sky installation.
