PoBs Near NPC Stations of Same Affiliation

Without any hard numbers, I've already made a suggestion in Champ's POB thread about the issue of POB placement.

Instead of making a new thread every couple of days, could we move towards consolidating all of our ideas and criticisms there?

I believe this may almost wipe out the need for WP's in places like around Planet NL or Manhatten. And heavily reduce the sad losses of members who play here because of PoB's being stupidly destroyed. Its a win-win.
