I'll be honest, the previous two times this happened, both Hellberg and Dawn were respectful enough to come in person, not through some soulless, faceless, genderless bureaucrat's terminal. Seems like Holiday doesn't exhibit the same energy as her predecessors did. Shame, really.
Also, "chief" has that really tribal, uncivilised, savage look to it. Should've stuck to "commissioner". That, at least, elicited respect. This is just funny.
