While i was on a patrol in California when i came a cross an Illegal Modular Installation Near Planet Los Angeles with the name of <Freelancer Royal> When i went to Investigate farther I was denied Access to the Modular Base and it is also hidden behind Planet Los Angeles. It seems they were trying to hide it but they didn't do a very good job with that.

I discovered an Arbiter named Helf.On.The.Shelf located between Ft Bush and Norfolk. I did not think I could neutralize the target with my Defiant, so I contacted LNS-Miaximus and LNS-Rain who were located in CA to request backup. We converged on the Arbiter and destroyed the target within a few minutes.

Greetings, I'll be reporting an event that took place in Liberty. Unfortunately my latest injuries have me still on the Medical bay, but the Elizabeth's second in command informed me of all the events that took place, as he dealt with it. In any case, there was a rather weird situation in New York earlier, I think the Chief would be interested in it.

Report - Office of Confederal Intelligence ship

Just a few minutes ago a ship belonging to Gallic Intelligence, Jakato, was spotted in Fort Bush by Antoine Duhamel of the Fifth Fleet, quickly thereafter, the LPI-SWAT-Elizabeth piloted by me, and LN-AW|"Nekhbet" arrived in the location.. The ship insisted that it came to Liberty for a race that Orbital Spa and Cruise was holding. I don't know what OS&C is up to, but having a race event that goes through Manhattan itself with no ID restrictions whatsoever is very unprofessional. In any case, after a painful lot of talking, and taking down an Outcast gunboat, Robert.Rodriguez, that came in the vicinity, the pilot agreed to be escorted out, through Cortez. I thought it was over, but it turns out it wasn't. Thankfully, we had taken proper escort positions around the ship. "Nekhbet" in front, Antoine and me on the rear. The pilot decided it was a wise choice to disrupt the lane from Manhattan to West Point as he entered it, using a mine. "Nekhbet" quickly intercepted the pilot, with me and Antoine on their backs. He was shot down with no further discussion.

I intercepted a Freelancer named Butt_Rainbow in a Sunburst at the TX jump gate in NY and he was carrying 512 units of Synthetic Marijuana. After educating the pilot, who appeared to be new to Liberty space, about the illegality of his cargo, he agreed to eject it. I did not fine him this time but gave him a warning.

I intercepted an Ageira large transport carrying Sorted Artifacts named AG.Transport just before he reached Manhattan. He completely ignored me and attempted to escape so I shot him down. I recorded evidence of the cargo, however, my records have since become corrupted due to a synchronization error. My apologies, I am have the LPI IT team correct the problem.

While patrolling CA in my GB, I discovered an Outcast Dreadnought near California Minor named "Tear". He confirmed he was leaving Liberty space and I directed him to the Ontario jump gate as he was having mechanical problems activating the Texas jump hole.

While scanning the cargo hold of a Junker freighter named FTP|Rag-n-Bone| outside of Manhattan, I noticed he was carrying LPI pilots and criminals. He claimed that he saved them after their ship was destroyed which was transporting the criminals. Although I had my doubts about his story, the more urgent issue was to get the officers to the hospital and the criminals to LPI Sugarland, which I did.

After transporting Criminals to LPI Sugarland on my Serenity, I was ambushed between trade lanes by a Xeno Alliance VHF pilot named XA-Viper. The only thing he said to me before attacking was "Ugly piece of crap!". Armed with a full set of Dulzians, I destroyed the hostile target. I must admit that I derived some enjoyment from dispatching this target who attacked my Waran several weeks ago, which left me in the Ft Bush hospital for over a week.

After a successful patrol through California I went to Pennsylvania to offload some Rogues and was returning to my patrol area. Once I entered New York Space a culprit lurking beside the New York to Pennsylvania gate named Lilac informed me that there was a bounty on my head. He stated he was charging weapons and before I could scan him or turn to face him my shields were down. I managed to get in some hits but his weapons would down my shield and armor before I could turn to hit him.

Culprit's name - Lilac

Outcome of battle - defeat.

Report concluded.

Order Vessel in New York

While on patrol when i returned back to Planet Manhattan Naval Vessels from 5th Fleet as well as Admiral Sophia Cleveland Herself brought to my attention that there was a Freelancer By the name of ShazBot was flying an Order class vessel Nepthys in Liberty space. She Seemed quite unaware that any order vessel is illegal within Republic of Liberty Space. I issued a firm warning and escorted the ShazBot to Cortez and advised her to change their vessel before returning to Liberty space. And Warned her if she were to return the order ship it would be impounded and She would be arrested.

While patrolling NY in my GB, I discovered a pirate VHF named Chartreux attempting to evade LN and in conversation with some LN caps. LNS-Sierra.Nevada asked me to pursue the target so I did. I was unable to get many shots on him despite chasing him for a good ten minutes, joined later by a USI VHF who also had difficulty keeping the target in range. After going through the NH-TX jump holes a few times, I decided to pursue another possible smuggler coming in from CA.

I was invited to join a group of primarily LN warships led by [LN]-LNS-Shenandoah to attack large group of IN ships amassing in CA. After a lot of prep and dialogue, we collectively engaged and neutralized the IN threat. I did not score any kill shots, but contributed to the demise of INS-Infernal, IN|G-INS-Libertine, IN|G-INS-Incursus, and INS-Tallahassee, We did however sustain some casualties, including: =LSF=Marisa.Marshall, LNS-Akhetaten, Recreator, Echo-6-4, and [LN]-James:Davis.

While patrolling NY in my GB, I noticed a suspicious-looking ship on my network. I pursued the ship to TX where I found a Transgressor bomber named Hacker.E.One attacking a transport named Braindead in the trade lane from the NY JG to Houston. There was no time for small talk as the transport was going down fast. I engaged the hostile and kept him off the transport, so that Braindead could escape to the NY JG. After the hostile's hull had taken a lot of damaged, he escaped through the trade lane and cleverly dropped a mine so that I could not catch up with him.

Right after the encounter with Seriph2.12, I was ambushed by an Outcast Tridente GB named -|-'Jumper' in the trade lanes between Westpoint and the CA JG. I had taken some damage in the battle with the Behemoth and was low on shield batteries and nanobots, so I jumped to CA to see if I could make it to Riverside to patch up. Unfortunately the hostile somehow managed to destroy the Riverside trade lane before I could get to it even though I entered the JG with him at 2k range in NY. When he shot down the trade lane very close to my ship and said, "Alright", I assumed that he was about to attack me so I said "Very well" and then opened fire on his shields. After a couple minutes of battle it seemed like he was attempting to flee so I called him a "Coward" and he returned. After about 13 minutes of battle, he had reduced my armor to about 30% and I was out of batteries and bots. I was very fortunate that an LSF ship, Agent.E.Rection (quite a name!), showed up and engaged the hostile. Thanks to the LSF ship I was able to avoid being destroyed and neutralized the target with the support of LSF. Many thanks to Agent.E.Rection.
