In Accordance with Chapter 5 of Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law which deals with Base Construction and Zoning, your Outpost New Radlin has been marked for deconstruction due to your inability to answer any and all calls made to you and your base.

After recieving the deconstrucion-order, the HMS-Chesterfield has been dispatched to take care of this eyesor. After trying and failing to contact you or your Outpost once again, New Radlin was quickly taken care of. Fortunately it seemed to be empty, as there were no lifepods to recover.
