I'm glad to see that Herr Achziger successfuly managed to establish contact with your agency, and alleviate the shroud of Imperial propaganda considering the true state of the Federal state, or what's left of it...

I'd also like to begin by sharing with you a somewhat detailed briefing about the current situation of our organization. This is something I hope to hear from you in return.

We're not an activist group. It is, and allways was, our modus operandi to stay clear of politics, thus we refrained from supporting, or actively engaging on either side of the current conflict. Main mission of das Konglomerat is simple. We exist to protect our client's assets, and liberties. With those two goals in mind, we offer them a wide variety of sophisticated services. This is why we have decided to contact you. To put it mildly, with the new, imperial order in place, we have been forced to look for alternative solutions to fulfill our mission.

It all boils down to the methods the New empire has chosen to fight what they percieve as corruption. Reichstag appointed a new institution responsible for the fiscal control over companies operating within Rheinland space, and a new set of rules. Now all monetary transfers are monitored, regardless of their value. Every entreprise must give evidence of every, single credit flowing trough company and if they fail to do so, its owners are dragged into courts under the accusations of money laundering. Natural resources of our House were put under full, unlimited jurisdiction of Kruger and Daumann corporations. Many independent mining companies, with our clientele amongst them, went bancrupt overnight, unsurprisingly unable to aquire concession from their main competitors for something one would consider a basic human right. One might think that a reasonable solution would be to register your business elswhere, but such course of action was predicted by the Imperial party, and the process was quickly turned into an impassable, legal nightmare. In short, our clients have been trapped in place they thought of as their home. To top all of this, Military Service act 827 was released. The Empire is actively looking to conscript seven million people into its army to crack down on both the Hessian and Federal rebellion.

Until this happened, we lived in fear of loosing everything we worked hard for, but now we fear for our very lives, the lives of our children and our employees.

What you have described only proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that these corporations now receiving unparalleled monopoly were one of the major driving forces of the coup, and the unhealthy climate for minor and medium private entrepreneurship will only increase as the Imperial ire lasts in what once was the exemplar of the true will of people.
It may be true that our resources may be stretched, but is also true that Rheinland United Republic may accomodate das Konglomerat with sufficient workspace and conditions for your clients where any independent entrepreneurship may thrive rather than left hanging in uncertainty, waiting for impending cessation of existence.

You will not be left behind just like this. Prepare your people, your assets and your transports; Fólkvangr will move into assumed position at +96:00 mark, and will begin system sweep with her quick response wings being in direct proximity to cover the evacuation.

It's true. Most of our clients, who decided to support our decision of... let's name it a relocation, landed safely on the surface of Planet Weimar, families and employees incuded. We're in your debt. We've also taken note of the measures taken by your organization to accomodate us on your... well, will I sound too dramatic by naming it your homeworld?

In all honesty, I'm still in awe seeing the infrastructure present planetside, all of this, hidden in a plain sight... still, I have, on behalf of the conglomerate of course, a set of questions for you regarding the aforementioned red tape. In short, by how much of it are we conscricted?

Firstly, a question of ownership. Production facilities present on Weimar are impressive, but definetly better suited to serve our house's military might. Still, most of our clients were not military contractors, and specialise in manufacturing and production of, let's name them this way, basic set of consumer goods. How far are we allowed to modify existing infrastructure of the planet to suit our clients' needs? Should we consider the ammenities and production plants given, or leased?

Who wields the title of authority regarding land ownership of the planet? Are we allowed to use or purchase the unallocated space, should the need of expansion arise?

Thirdly, the freedom of movement. To begin producion, and/or survive on sirian markets, clients will definetly be forced to ship goods in and out of the system. I am perfectly aware of the initial system's designation and purpose, thus I have to ask you the following question: Would the Bureu take an issue with that? Also, which parts of Thuringia system are we allowed to traverse? Do designated trade routes exist? What about the other systems under the Federal control, namely Munich?

Lastly. For a few of our clients, location was a crucial element to their business, and now, after landing in Thuringia, they have found themselves in real danger of bancruptcy. Rebranding and rebranching will be a necessity to save those investments, so, Frau Generaloberinspektorin, ... Is there anything that the Buro needs done?

Forgive me the late response - i got constricted by the aforementioned red tape you are concerned about. Your assumption is correct, it is related to integrating das Konglomerat into already existing infrastructure. I am coming back to you as soon as i have a window of opening in the tight schedule.
Let's get through your concerns now.

Restricting your clients to great extents would make us nothing short of the Imperial bureaucrats, and having you caught in a greatly inefficient and constrictive system is not within our interests. Due to my extensive knowledge and authority granted by my rank i suggest you direct all bureaucracy-related queries to me instead of handling them on your own - it will take less time and bolster your efficiency that way, something we are directly interested in.
Some of the production facilities are already allocated to the das Konglomerat, you are in your full right to modify them to the extent you deem necessary. Purchase or re-allocation of unallocated plots of land is entirely possible and will be judged on case-by-case basis, what i can promise to you, though, is that Konglomerat will be looked at more favourably whenever the grant is considered. The extent of your efforts has to be recognised.
It is entirely possible that said unallocated plots may be granted to das Konglomerat on a basis of long-term investement, impressive infrastructure is worthless if there is little personnel to utilise it.

As for the freedom of movement - circumstances called for Thuringia to be made a relatively open system, therefore only areas out of reach are Unstrut-Minesektor and four quadrants to the south of it, to be precise - 2F, 3F, 2G, 3G; caution has to be exercised when traversing Salzungenebel, and it is highly advised to be accompanied by a sizeable escort and stay on the direct route to Hamburg anomaly, Imperial insurgents and terrorists have been noticed frequenting the area; last, but not the least on the list of hazardous areas is Suhl anomaly, occupying quadrants 6C, 7C, 6D, 7D. Entry there is strictly prohibited, since it have proven to be lethal to the majority of vessels attempting to traverse it. As for the Munich - movement around that system is unrestricted and is mainly policed by Rheinland Kameranden, however, i would strongly suggest to avoid the eastern dark matter storm and exercise caution if, for whatever reason, your clients find their way into Alps cloud - terrorist sighting around it are frequent enough, the nebula itself holds little value. Be mindful of that during your travels.

Lastly, rebranding of some of your clients is entirely possible and, as a matter of fact - would be welcomed with open arms. You are likely aware that Frankfurt holds significant deposits of mineral resources, namely - raw aluminium, recently surveyed in Hausenfeld. Exploiting these resources would be a major benefit to Rheinland United Republic, and we are open to support their efforts with grants and hardware acquisition, as well as providing sufficient workspace and security measures in the contested system. Procuring, processing and shipping said raw mineral resources is likely the most perspective branch right now, for the rivalry in it is basically lacking, and your clients have great chances of holding monopoly over it in the United Republic. This does entail some risks, but nothing we would be unable to handle.
