So I read the other darkstars post and why am I not surprised to see he was also norp engaged, For a faction that is trying for officialdom I would recommend actually learning to setup some basic /1 /2 setmsgs rather than just seeing FTP gbs shooting vhfs with zero rp. It's also fun seeing an SHF being dragged into 2v1 me after i dodged around the GB xd.

Just so you understand we take these incidents seriously, We do not Condone this sort of thing and are working to make sure our Members keep to the rules, sometimes in heated situations we all need to learn this is just a game and remember to stick by the rules!

We are making the necessary adjustments to hopefully stop this from happening again in the future! These things happen we have to just move on.. I can certainly tell you our RP and interactions of fun outweigh the breaking of rules - 3 incidents i am aware of of rule breaking granted not perfect but nobody is are they!

Actually I did follow the rules for engaging Xenos as the other players there could attest to: Two of us were groupled in the same chat group with the same "FTP|" tag so a separate warning was unnecessary once the fighting started (which I did indeed start after giving the warning).

You attack FTP| players often. We fight often, no surprise there. So this is a rather strange complaint.

Too bad your... other buddy... was 1 minute too late after your death, it could have been a fairer fight 2 vs 2 . We like those better too, but RP demands we go after Xenos enemies no matter the situation. Unlike the two LN there at the scene, who refused to attack you and one of them even surprisingly stated so in system wide chat. But, at that time he did demand threateningly that our FTP| player drop the 2 or 3 nomad mines or CM's or whatever he had from some mission (so i guess he did his RP duty).

If you don't like it when people (especially Junkers apparently), have the gall to object to being attacked by you... perhaps you should consider choosing a different profession. Because that's not changing, "official" or not.

In fact, I would be so bold as to say, a faction like FTP| who actively and often defend themselves from Xeno raider attacks deserve officialdom even more for it.

Considering that I witnessed 2 XA- characters getting noRP engaged, I might as well speak my mind here. Darkstar_Spectre told what happened in a nutshell, however what's not mentioned is that XA-Viper. showed up later, and he got noRP engaged as well, not to mention that he was also accused of being Darkstar_Spectre just changing chars.

I understand that Junkers and Xenos are enemies, but a /1, /2 would be nice at the very minimum. Oh, and I won't even get started on sending a SHF and a GB on 1 VHF.
I suggest you get some quality control for your faction, and watch over what your members do. You are aiming for officialdom, and quite frankly, this incident suggest that you are in fact, not ready for that yet. I hope you in fact tell the truth, and you'll get this sorted out internally.

Rules disagree with you. You may consider it unnecessary, but even if there is a fight in progress, formally you must do mandatory roleplay before you join the fight, otherwise you break the rule by attacking without a roleplay. Two quick lines during your approach to the battle which take like 10-15 seconds are enough, but you must drop them. Better remember it before you end in sanction section again.

Viper is one to talk i've met that xeno 4 times total and each and every time i've met him his RP for attacking consists of one/two words, "die" or "engaging" or his most latest one was "lets begin".

Thats it, then he was attempting to engage me, i CMed his C/Ds and managed to dock. Now correct me if im wrong but this is also a breach of server rules.

Also liberty police actively deciding not to attack a terrorist i see the corruption within house goverments is growing dailiy.

Not sure how the second battle between VA-Viper and the FTP| player was "witnessed".... which happened in Hamburg not Hudson... while still being in Hudson as the EDITED chat log shows (... with my warnings left out).

As for the rules, is every member of a battle between 2 tagged factions required to state their intentions, separately, before hand? Of course not, that would be silly.
