I am Leonie Karadeniz, interim foreign minister for the Rheinland United Republic, the democratic state aiming to represent the will of the people of Rheinland.

We appreciate the invaluable support of your government and her corporations to the continuation of democracy for the people of Rheinland, we welcome your offer in the hopes that it will strengthen the bonds of cooperation and mutual friendship Liberty and the Rheinland Republic.

Our current efforts are in building new infrastructure in Thuringia to facilitate logistical supply lines from Liberty and sympathetic elements interspersed throughout Rheinland, to our main hub on Weimar. Our daily supply trains to and from Liberty have, out of necessity, operated through unstable jumpholes from Bering and Puerto Rico - a lengthy and rather costly route. We support any efforts to shorten that distance between Liberty and the Rheinland United Republic.
