To all my fellow Maltese hermanos,

Good day. My name is Julio Sibila, currently Dos Rayas in the Hispania Imperial.

You're not without knowing that Liberty has now access to the Omicrons. Their government made clear that the newly discovered system, Omicron Nu, is their property and is to be ruled under Liberty Laws.
Even though the system does not put Malta at gunpoint for now, we can expect the Libertonians to try to step into our business, and kill it from the root. That we cannot tolerate.

For decades, our families remained alone, with the sole purpose of developping cardamine trade. Now we have a bigger concern to focus on, and we need to join our forces. We need to stop Liberty before it gets too cocky to get to us.

I am asking you, Maltese families, to gather for a meeting, and decide what should be done about the Liberty problem, and to get a more united front. I am not asking you to decide which Don should take the lead, and who should stand down under his orders. I am asking you to gather around a cause, with your individualities.

I hope this message reaches you out, and that you will consider my proposal.

I was just pointing out the fact that Liberty is trying to set a foot in the Omicrons, and that could endanger us.
But as you said, our friends on Nauru are more concerned than we are. This could also be a way to strenghten our friendship with The Core.

The meeting I proposed has for sole purpose to take a united decision. This matter is not to be taken lightly, I strongly believe that we are all concerned, and that the choice we will make as a whole will benefit - or injure - every single one of us, hence why we need to all agree on our stance towards this claim.

As I explained to Señora Loyola, my goal is not to divide, but to unite. If I am proposing a meeting with all the Dons, it is only in our best interest.
Being this disrespectful does not help our cause, nor yours, because you are, willingly or not, involved in this matter.

This communication is an opportunity for us all, but if you don't want to embrace it, I will not have anything to say.

Of course, I myself and the Hispania Colación as a whole only seek prosperity for our fellow Maltese citizens. Your business - and every family ones by extension - is a top priority, as it is our pride of us all. Without it, no one would know us, nor fear us.

Let's set up a date and find a neutral place, where all of the Dons could have a say in this matter. As the Core is also involved, we might want to ask them to send a ambassador to represent their interests aswell.
