That certainly needs a rethink.
Last thing the server needs to do is to encourage Core 1 POB being spam built with full HP (especially with what happened to the fake lab reactors over the last week).

Perfect example of how to use that to have some fun.

Makes me think, if there were a second POB type, one that couldn't be upgraded, starts at 200 mil hp and starts with a shield. No buildable modules, except maybe WP's. Just like with anti base missions, disposable battle bases that pop up would need to be dealt with.

Bring us battle bases for Christmas!
