Which ships can dock on atmospheric entry points?

I think only freighters and below but I could go into planet Knossos with my corsair transport to mine xeno relics. What do you think?

I was asking because I want to know if I can take some really profitable trades with big ships. I don't want to buy the items and not being able to sell it.

Easy to figure out. Take whatever transport you have and try to jump to Knossos. If it works for that, it should work for the Sair transport as well.
But mining and hauling on ones own is not really that much more profitable than taking a bigger transport and buying ore from Pobs, if you ask me.

For Atmospheric docking (the bases) - freighters only.

For jumping into Knossos, you can bring anything.
