2. What exactly are you requesting?

Special Operative ID on two ships belonging to a single character.
The ID rules for this Special Operative would read:

- Can attack any ship in self defense, or to protect a Nomad or Infected ship
- Can fulfill any bounty or escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them

So essentially a freelancer ID, but with "friendly and allied ships" being replaced by Nomads.
Additionally, the ships should be rephacked to -0.55 (nodock) with Nomads, and 0.0 with Wilde.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?

It isn't so much a necessity, but rather a product of the character's ongoing efforts to promote and support the Nomad cause. Though she is entirely human, she has been thoroughly convinced of the necessity of humanity being bonded to the Nomads to ensure the prosperity of both species.
In pursuing this goal, she has been accepted as an agent by the infected humans and the Slomon K'hara themselves for many years.

The two ships in question are Katherine's main research vessel, the RV-Pennybrooke, and her yacht, the Volcarona.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

Katherine's long term goal is the unification of humans and nomads in the Sirius sector under the Mindshare. While traveling the Edge Worlds as an amateur explorer, she has been exposed to tortuous visions of both human and Nomad suffering by Nomad specimens which she readily approached.
It was the infected LNS-Tundra in particular, the captain of which communicated clearly to her the horrors of human existence. It is her firm belief that the obvious solution to humanity's ongoing abuse of itself would be ended by being absorbed by the Mindshare, in which collective empathy makes atrocities against each other impossible.
As a devout pacifist and humanist, she considers the Nomads and their society to be the solution to humanity's aggressive nature and abusive relationships with each other, something no other event in human history seemed to accomplish. Although she wishes for herself to be absorbed into the Mindshare as well, she is aware of her usefulness as a truly dedicated supporter of the "natives" that has no biological ties to them.

Her short term goals are the gathering of intelligence for the Nomads, and attempting to influence as many people as possible into a more favorable position towards the Nomads. To this end, she travels Sirius to converse with people, address and attempt to assuage their fears of the Nomads.

Taking into account this character's actions since the SRP was originally approved, I would like to request some minor changes.

1. Exact name of the character:

The addition of the following line to the unique ID:

Within Zone of Influence (Omicrons):

And the following rephack adjustments:

4. Why are these changes necessary?

When the original request went through, Katherine was a Nomad agent that acted as their "herald" to the human world. Although she still attempts to pursue this role, she has increasingly spent her time religiously following around Nomads in the Edge Worlds, particularly her romantic interest, the Vagrant "Melia", and fighting the Order and Core alongside them, both of which have her officially listed as a "known sympathizer" by this point. She has also acquired a Hyperspace Matrix and worked on getting both Mindshares to recognize its signature, so that she can always be found by them.
Her actions increasingly alienate her from humanity and bring her closer to the Nomads, even though they are still unwilling to give up her usefulness as a full human, and the other residents of the Omicrons have certainly taken notice.

3. What exactly do you want changed?

I wish to have another Katherine Pennybrooke ID, to be added to the ship named above (a Serval Heavy Fighter). There's never been established tech compatibility for this ID, so I am also asking for the appropriate tech (Gallic Lawful Ships and Guns) to be considered compatible for this specific ship and its armament. I assume the ID itself probably wouldn't have tech nerf anyway, but just to put that in writing.

4. Why are these changes necessary?

The character Katherine Pennybrooke has acquired this ship, and I want to fly and use it as her, which would necessitate her ID. She got the ship from a Nomad friend, the hybrid Lauren La'Row/Ki'Shar, and then worked on setting it up to her liking and getting her lacking fighter skills up to snuff.
