The mining operations for Military Salvage come with great restriction as per the Treaty of Rishiri. Hence why the Grand Ministere decided to deny your request for mining operations of salvaged relics, at least for now. However, your participation in the transportation of salvaged relics of war is more than welcome.

The Office is as well concerned about what kind of special operations Solothurn and Neuschwabenland will be involved in. Until you have clarified their field of work, their permit is considered pending. Nevertheless, Lausanne and Darmstadt are allowed for further use by ALG.

To whom it may concern;

It is regrettable that you would not permit us to assist in the necessary cleanup with our vessels. As much as we are willing to help EFL, this simply is not a task that a non-specialized company is likely to be able to perform in a reasonable timeframe, even with technical assistance.
There is some confusion among the board as to the wording, since we are not sure why you stated that the request would be denied "for now".
Is there something the company can do to assure you of our expertise in the field?

My name is Helmut Weinstein, I am the director of ALG Division V, official designation 'Corporate Security', but more commonly called by its numerical designation. We conduct delicate and covert business to ensure the overall health of the company.
My division operates the Neuschwabenland and Solothurn. Our operations are classified and I can't give any further details, but if this is deemed questionable by the Gallic Union, we will refrain from operating those two ships in Gallic space.

The House of Rheinland is the only House of Sirius never engaged in any kind of conflicts with Gallia. Yet, the halo of secrecy around the field of tasks given to ships manufactured by Gallia does not make you a big favour. Until you clarify this moment, the Solothurn and Neuschwabenland cannot enter Gallic space. Failing this will cause the arrest of said property.
