My name’s Michael Wolf. Before I get to the point of this communication, I want to wrap it in necessary context to explain my history and current position. To start, the former-Federalist databases may have some old intelligence on me. I had served in the Marinenachrichtendienst as Korvetten-kapitan prior to my defection to the Bundschuh in 817 A.S. where I climbed the ranks of its armed forces which at the time were called the Volksfront - the People’s Front. When the Liberty-Rheinland war was still raging, I attained the rank of Colonel - the highest distinction armed forces of the Bundschuhpartei had to bestow. Not long after, I was elected to be one-time president of the party despite having no background in politics. I had a particular skill set that made me useful to the Bundschuh, including being able to restructure the group after the collapse of the Volksfront. You will know this episode in history as Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee.
I had attempted to steer the faction to commence a temporary truce with the Rheinland Military when our state was threatened by House of Liberty. Not many had seen it the way I did, plenty of members from all walks of life seeing Liberty as a template to model the New Rheinland after, fewer still even saw them as liberators. I had lost the vote and since then my prominence started to deteriorate. I lost the president seat of the Party, albeit I retained the rank of Colonel and continued to serve as commander in chief and military advisor. However my position became more and more honorable with passing years until I fell out of relevancy as a relic of the past.
VWA was succeeded by the White Roses, who I did not had any particular connection to. From that point onwards I served in auxiliary cells until we had sufficient numbers to reform the VWA in spirit if not the body. The Spring Guard under Annika Haupt remained mostly underground and chose our fights carefully. I am the only remaining figure of authority left within my own cell by time of the Rheinland Civil War. I had decided to sit this one out as reports trickled in concerning the state of our country at large. Allure of being legalized was strong, but so are my convictions. However the people had decided: people were tired of war. My homeworld of Hamburg had suffered enough and people not only from there but also wider Rheinland at large refused to participate in ongoing fratricide. With the offer of legalization of Bundschuh, I hereby accept that offer and state clearly my intentions to leave the ‘politics’ and turn to the civilian sector.
The Request
Now as to why I am requesting attention from you. It is called the 90-ARKM-N45 “Wraith” fighter. I do not need one from you, as I already possess one myself. I want to fly it legal on Freelancer papers once I fully formalize my acquittal from Bundschuh. As to support my request, I have the following for you:
First off, it is not a standard issue for Military, MND, BDM or anyone’s service. Even if it was returned to you, all you would do is turn it into scrap to recover any material. It had been heavily modified by virtue of operating outside of the official logistic chain for close to 10 years now. Its databanks do not consist of anything considered discriminating or classified by Rheinland state, old or new. To be precise, the following has been changed or modified:

Onboard avionic and control systems had been ported from over Border World Series Z “Sabre”. The software was very malleable and Bundschuh engineers found that it could be adapted to anything, from a Daumann washing machine to a gunboat. As of result, this Wraith operates on a legal, yet unofficial OS.
Propulsion systems had to be completely replaced. My example of Wraith operates on dual drive based on Edge World long range engines, and sourced from Omicron systems. Your engineers likely would not bother attempting to deal with something clearly not defined in the requisition office. While it is derivative, it had been classified by civic bureaus as dependable and meeting all industrial and safety standards in the wider Colonies.
The Reactor had to go. It was the first thing to break and required total replacement. Further down the line, it was decided to replace the original unit with a number of linked H-Fuel powerpacks from Sigma markets. Second hand and discontinued by the original manufacturer (Kishiro) but plenty of spare parts available from both legal and illicit black markets keeps it fully operational.
Weapon systems. At the moment the ship utilizes Order built neutron blasters. Those had been received by Bundschuh some time ago and I would not be surprised if those are
already considered outdated by Order standards. Both theirs and our engineers assured that no Nomad tech had been involved in the construction. If this is a controversial subject, I will be fine replacing the emitters with something else as soon as I get funds to do so.
Power distributor and capacitors. The first is salvaged from a slightly newer Wraith unit we salvaged in the Dresden in the aftermath of your withdrawal from the system. The second had been substituted by replacements bought from a Junker on Kreuzberg I would appreciate if in the long run, I am able to acquire licence to purchase fully legitimate components on the market.
Armor plating is the Theseus Ship paradox. We had been using anything, from Red Hessian substitutes, though in-house blackmarket to commonplace CTE hull platings. Any classified alloy composition you may have once installed aboard is long gone.
The personal angle
Second issue is my own livelihood. This ship is the only valuable possession still available to my own person. It will also be the only source of potential income I may possess. From an integrity standpoint, I do not wish to re-enlist at least not at the current time. I want to start anew in Rheinland as an autonomous civilian with my past being left where it is. I will not turn against Rheinland authorities as are the terms of the Amnesty nor present my hopefully soon own property and livelihood for a third party to analyze.
The ship has considerable sentimental value to me, while having little to none to you. It is my only valuable property and at the same time, it is my way to set myself up as a free man with illegal activities left behind, obtaining credits in the legitimate freelancing sector in full compliance with regs and laws of Rheinland. If you have further inquiries, I will answer them to the best of my abilities.
I took the bravery and ample time to study your case thoroughly, have some deliberations over it. Your request have therefore been granted and you are welcome to keep and utilise vessel in question; additionally, no equipment present should have any legal ramifications - the transitional period is ongoing and should allow some leniency - despite never listing The Order as hostile entity. But i suggest you keep an eye out for any changes as they may very well happen and I'm not privy to political peddling on that matter.
The contract boards should welcome you with open arms and serve as hefty source of income. Do bear in mind that some marks are no longer considered valid targets.

Thank you for reviewing and accepting my request. I've since filed for freelancer papers and wiped the slate clean to get Rheinland authorities in good order. For purposes of the paperwork and identification, I fly under callsign Wolf. I will review these bounty boards as soon as I am done setting up on my end.
I have made some Sirian Credits on the side, escorting merchants to and from Rheinland border. Effective firepower reduction prevents me from undertaking any more aggressive contracts such as bounty hunting on criminals as listed per current laws of United Rheinland. Considering I already posses your authorization to fly Wraith-class fighter under civilian flag, I furthermore request licence to purchase spare parts such as original powerplant currently in use by Corporate Paramilitary and Government Officials.
Furthermore, I had noticed I am not listed on Rheinland restricted technology registry which may cause problems in the future should any overzealous police officer stops me. I advise to update the list with my name on it. My fighter is currently mounting Rheinland weapons licensed for open market such as Flammenwerfer series.
