Effects: Dublin Asteroid Field scanning range messed up.

When you enter the asteroid field - far before you enter the mining zone . . all ships, POBs, bases, jumpholes, npcs (any selectable targets) disappear from scanner range. when dropping loot from cargo, the item never appears. It just goes into some void. Filling my ship works, filling other ships is impossible, you cannot see them on scanner to select them or scan them and you cannot drop the cargo for them to scoop, because they can't see it. Mining is now messed up somehow. When you select the ship in space, nothing happens.
