I bid a good day to whom it may concern.

My name is Pierre Alard, I am the Boss to a new Corsican family Les Capes Noires. Once a part of another Corse family, we have now decided to forge our own path. However, this is not the reason for my appeal.

The Corse family in question used to hold a license on the Lucullus-class Liner Tahtiherra, which eventually became a property of the Capes. Its former transponder (UC~) was changed to a new one (C/-) and hence a status update is required for the vessel in question.

In addition, the Capes are interested in permission to operate the l'Ane-class Transports for our commercial operations within and beyond the Gallic space. We do believe that the following should be a proof enough of our stance toward the Gallic Union's authorities. In addition, we have interest in obtaining permissions for carrying restricted goods such as Military Salvage, Xeno Relics, Sorted and Unsorted Artifacts.
