To begin, I'm an Outcast. To reiterate, I'm a member of the elite RoS Skull Squadron. I've not yet had the pleasure/displeasure of meeting you ingame, but I can tell you this... I take my RP VERY seriously, and all the members of the RoS, 101st, and SOB that I've had the pleasure to fly with take their RP very seriously too. ALL foreigners, traders, suspicious ships, unknown ships, and even unfamiliar Outcast ships are ordered to halt for inspection... SEE HERE
This is the way we operate, there's a war going on here...read the forums, do some research, and try to RP to salvage your tarnished reputation.
I, for one, have NEVER cheated, broken the rules, or spouted oorp LULZ,NOOB,blah,blah,blah...
I am NOT a NOOB... I'm a proud member of the RoS and a member of the Great Outcast Nation. You can take screnshots all day long, 99% of what you take in Outcast space will only add to your humility. I hope you take screenshots of me...after looking at them in your spare time, you just might learn something.

They can attack you repeatedly. It's in the rules.

What has to be realised is, repeated attacking is cheap.

Sorry for butting in to this thread, (I really didn't want to..)... But I noticed a couple of posts stating that the Victors can continue to attack said player after he is killed?...

Perhapse I misunderstood what you all have meant, but you might want to recheck the rules...

Pandemonium, I respectfully suggest that you stop trying to paint these outcasts (101, Ros, SoB) in a bad light.
You are only hurting yourself, in the way that you are presenting it.
Nothing in those screenies suggest they are out of role play.
Generally speaking, Outcasts are naturally suspicious AND ruthless.

You will also note that the "SOB involved in this incident..." was first
screenied at 5.5k then 7k. Obviously the SoB had nothing to do with what
you and Visas were doing.

Secondly:

5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.

However, the fleeing player can re-engage at will if chased.

You can be killed repeatedly in a system that you are refusing to leave.

It is set up so that the victor can enjoy his kill, without the person who lost switching to a "bigger ship"
and take revenge within 4 hours. It is enough time for someone to cool down i would think.
